I called first time is 4:00:Friday . I live close by so I stopped at Bills auto. Time 4:15. Felane opened the door and said "we are Closed" I said okay thank you. She asked what did I need? I said " a pvehicke part. Then I walked away. Why would anyone ask what I needed if they were closed???

These guys didn't appear to have the right cabin filters. The wait was way too long for a single oil change and filter replacement. I waited about 3 hours for something that should have taken 30 minutes. Employees were respectful though. Services: Oil change, Air & cabin filter replacement
