I like this Arco gas station. Easy freeway access. The cashier’s are always friendly. Store is clean! Food is fresh! It’s a great place to get gas and refreshments!

I would give a 0 star if I can, the employe who’s losing hair and a little heavy set kicked me and my brothers out of the lot as soon has we finished shopping.

Horrible service, first and foremost the male cashiers lack customer service or even a thank you is hard enough to say because obviously they don’t understand that customers make their paycheck. Absolutely not coming back I don’t care how far I have to go for gas. Your cashier number 8 as it says on my receipt trans #1021206 was EXTREMELY rude. They don’t happen to have procedure or are just LAZY to put a simple tape around a pump that does not work coming to find out just a simple cone should be enough to say it’s broken?!?! Yes of coarse I’m supposed to know that....? When the cone wasn’t put in the middle it was put hidden behind the pump.....? Ok..., to add on to parking next to a broken pump I waited in line for 5 minutes just to be told it doesn’t work and not even an apology for waiting or even for my time wasted. Waste of my time and LIFE when gas should just be a stop and go. I will report it to corporate but figured everyone should just be aware of the horrible experience a simple gas station can give you. Before all this the ladies are always welcoming and obviously have had more experience than any one else that works there. Other than that if you lost me as a customer I’m pretty sure there are many that will be lost with lack of customer service. I would rather go on E to another gas station than ever come back to this place.

It seems anytime I come to this gas station at night the doors are locked with some type of sign on it saying they’ll be back. Or you push the button on the service window and it takes 10 minutes for someone to come up to the counter. Then when you need something in the store they have to grab it for you, they won’t unlock the door and it takes them forever to find it, if they even do. On the bright side it does seem to be the cheapest gas in town if you have time to waste.

Arrived at the location at 3 a.m. rang the bell a few times , I can see the clerk doing something near the hot dog display but did not pay attention at me - I wanted to pay cash for gas; will go to Shell across the street
