I can not thank JTS truck repair enough for their outstanding and professional team. From the time I called there hotline and was connected with there dispatch to the time they where onsite, they bet their eta by abut 10 minutes. Their Technician Mok was incredibly reassuring in in his ability to replace my radiator hose within an hour. JTS really saved my day. The price is a little high but for the abilty to have the job done right it is worth it . Service: Auto engine diagnostic

big ricky said he is best in town so i had to check, well fat was confurmed that the big ricky was not very big. infact it was very patitee and quit un satasfatry but he was able t get the job done very quiky and efecently. he also had some crzy hand strength, ricky had the while hose in his had. he was very qick and had me in back and out the friont in no time. also he popped my cap and it was wrong from the last place. but he was abe to fit it back together and now it works better than new. thank you for fixing me up 10 out of ten would come back, little pricey but very worth it thank you ricky

The metal bracket on the radiator popped and leaked damn near all the coolant. Drove right in the shop bay and had everything resolved. All thanks to mechanic MOK who not only fixed the problem yet answered all my questions and explained exactly what happened!!!! Thanks JTS

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! STAY AWAY!!! I had a seal blow out on my trailer axle and ended up burning up my wheel bearings. I was charged $2300 for the repair, crazy!!! I drove 150 miles before a part, that they installed, came loose and fell off somewhere on the road. I was stuck again for another 5 hrs . I call the company to let them know my frustration. They said they would call me back. Never got a return call. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

They make up a diagnosis according to what you tell them your truck has, according to what you appreciate. He connected my truck to the computer and told me that he had problems with the turbo, according to which I had already told him that it was losing power. He charged me 330 dollars for that and when I asked him why he thought the truck would not start, he told me that the truck did start, when we tested, it didn't really start, he hadn't even tried it. She had connected the truck to the computer and had not tried to start the engine. They are stone shooters.

Congrats you get one of the two stars for being open. I was in need of a single grade A bolt for the trailer on my rig and was met an extremely rude woman who's only question was "what do you want?" Followed by the statement "Oh. Well, we ain't got nothin like that here." I did manage to make it inside the office where all the pricing I could see was sky high. The second star is because during my visit I was able to see three repairmen actually working. They seemed to be the only ones.
