My daughter's older car had a number of safety concerns including brakes, rims, tires and suspension. The manager got pretty much completely focused on the situation, quickly developed a plan to inspect every area of concern and then conference with me to co-develop an action plan. In less than 24 hours the car was ready to roll with everything now in good working order and done professionally, with warranties and at a price that was quite manageable. We will definitely be returning to this establishment for any future automotive repair matters!!

I initially contacted the office by text. I got a quick response, they were able to get me the tires I needed in the same day and accommodated my Schedule. Excellent customer service and service was done by the time promised. Would definitely do business there again! Keep up the great customer service guys!

This service was good. Everyone was helpful. My tire pressure was low and I took it in. The specialist investigated but found no issue. I appreciate the help. They were respectful and did their best to assist me. :)

Great customer service. Was quoted and taken care of the same day, right before the busy 4th of July weekend! I went in because I had a nail in one tire and a tear in the other. I had gotten a discount flyer in the mail. The Manager (name? Mr. Mcmillan is what my receipt says) was very helpful, and great with not only me, but all other customers that I heard come in through the door. They have A/C inside, while you wait-which was a huge bonus in the hot summer. Despite it being an extremely busy Holiday weekend, I was in and out in ~two hours. Jose, the tire tech did a great job!

Went to them for a nail in my tire and they fixed it for free. They even put a screw in my bumper for me as it had fallen out and needed to be replaced. We just moved here from Eureka, CA and Evans Tire will be our go to place for tires and oil changes from here on out. Thank you for your friendly timely service! 😊

Evan Tires are the only People/ company I will let touch my Vehicle...None of the other Big name Shops Come close to their Customer Customer service or Prices..They Have always done quality work on my vehicle. They are my absolute go to for whatever car problems have/ had. I always leave with a smile on my face, feeling like another satisfied Customer...There is a Manager There named Adam at the Lemon location who sets the standard, I feel! Fast service. Knowledgeable staff. Excellent customer service. I went in with my old car and had a bunch of service done with Evans tires. The store manager Adam was so helpful. He walked me through step by step with what services I needed and what was due in service since I had a 30 year old car. He gave me a fair quote and I gave him the keys and off to the races it was. I was in and out within an hour for all the tune ups and fluid changes I needed for my old 93 integra. When it came to pay the bill he told me there was some stuff I didn’t need and removed it from my bill!! So not only did he save me money and got my car running like a champ again he was honest with everything. I will keep coming back due to the professionalism of how smooth everything was provided by Adam. Thank you so much for being honest and not trying to charge me for unnecessary things like other shops do!

The easiest and most efficient service I’ve ever had on my car. Needed a tire replaced after a flat and called one location that gave me information and checked to find which place actually had my tire. Took it over, dropped it off, and it was done in only 35-40 minutes.
