Centrally located next to a subway station Macy’s is probably the only department store in DTLA. Terrific sales though lacking the crowds (from its pre-pandemic heydays). So is the rest of DTLA. More or less. Its not that fashionable probably.

Be very aware of the manager cynthia She has a very distasteful attitude and made me feel belittled , I’d say it was race driven but I try my best not to classify people as a racist without concrete proof. She called security on me all over a transaction that corporate honored the following day. People like Nancy are the reason why I don’t like to shop in stores anymore I don’t have the time for power hungry managers to utilize the lil power they have to put down the customers keeping their jobs afloat. & to the cashier Nancy I don’t blame you , but I know if I was another customer it wouldn’t have been this much chaos. I pray for both y’all souls. Macys this is who you have representing your company god bless

Huge macys! Selection is amazing! There is a good variety of stuff here to shop! The selection of handbags, make up, clothes and shoes are mind blowing ! Best macys I have gone to! Do recommend it here!!!

Conveniently located. Parking is free for an hour with validation. Well stocked and diplays are in order. Not too crowded. Too many clearance items for clothing (super discounted). Friendly staff. Sports team uniforms readily available.
