Ordered through drive through and the employee was very rude when she tried to hand me someone else’s order and I just wanted to let her know. She gave me attitude for no reason as if it was my fault. Then she gave me my order in a rushing manner without asking if I wanted sauce and gave no napkins. I’ve been to this Taco Bell before and everyone ignores you and gives attitude when they finally tend to you. It’s sad because McFarland is a nice small town and majority of people there are usually kind. Taco Bell (McFarland) Try hiring people who actually care about the quality of work they are providing.

Food is always cold. Must be new employees because there was almost never a constant problem like this before. Past 5 times I haven’t gotten to enjoy my chalupa.

After a couple of times eating out this Taco Bell tends to mix up the order and not give us the complete order. Even when husband tells them at the window the staff just laugh about it and still don't give it right. I hate this Taco Bell and won't go no more. This was the last straw.

Went to drive threw and Julie was rude. No receipt asked for fire sauce gave me mild. I told her she was rude and she said, " I don't care" what a sad and nasty experience. Such a small town with so much attitude. No Manger working

They always mess up my order! Even though I repeat it and make sure they understand they still mess it up. Not good customer service either.

Got the Chipotle chicken grilled burrito. It is so bomb. But half way through eating it i didnt see any chicken. I complained. They said they only put a spoonful of minced chicken. Merced has chunk chicken. They gave me a free one. Still was delicious though.

The tortillas were fresh and soft which is very good because many Taco Bell's will give you dried out and hard yucky tortillas for the burritos.

I will drive 2 miles to Delano to go to a different Taco Bell before returning to this one.. Worst customer service ever.

Not sure what is going on with this Taco Bell, but it is disappointing. They usually forget some of the order, or the quality is down. Take for example our order this past weekend (Sat), we had a bean burrito missing, the steak on the chalupa tasted old and was barely any in the item, and the ground beef tacos had virtually no meat in them...see picture below. It's not even worth the gas to go back if something is wrong. I took a picture of one of the tacos, but the wife had already eaten the chalupa, if you want to call it one. They ,must have been running low on meat or something. This was about 4pm'ish. We will probably just drive the extra distance to Delano if we want Taco bell.

I was the only one in line, didn't see anyone inside. Asked for rootbeer no ice got it with ice, whatever. Get back to work, 2 minutes away 5 at most. Taco is somewhat cold, meh but then I got to the main thing I ordered, a chick quesadilla. Is was barley warm, the cheese wasn't melted at all and the chipotle sauce was globbed on 1/4 of it work the rest not having any.
