As a women some may feel intimidated to go into a store about auto parts, but entering I was greeted by a team, was asked if I needed help, an employee I believe her name was Brenda approached me and she made the experience super helpful and at ease she also helped me with explaining the difference with regular oil and synthetic who would of known but she took the time to explain it. I live in another town but because I knw I can feel at ease, I return to this store. I again had to return for windshield wipers and was helped by another team member Jesse he was so helpful to show me how to put them on and explained why thy were important to change every year. After that was on my way thank you for making my experience great in a place I have no idea about and taking the time to help me.

Jesse the manager went out of his way to help my wife and me when we had motorhome issues. The staff was friendly, store was clean they were knowledgeable and very helpful.

Called first to have someone verify part was at store. I Drove about 25 minutes to go pickup part and had them order another. They said it SHOULD be here Saturday they weren’t certain. So I went on my way. In the past I ordered parts in Texas they still called to let me know part had arrived. So I’m going along working on project, time is passing about a week goes by I go through my receipts and find autozone. See I have a part that was ordered, I called and requested to talk with manager. I told him if my part arrived he said yes I replied why anyone hadn’t called me. He told me that it’s ASSUMED that part will arrive and that’s the day it be there. I told him that autozone guy said it SHOULD be here. So that to me is not CERTAIN and having to drive 25 minutes away. After this conversation ended I drove over to pickup part. I don’t see how people especially if your business generates income from me spending money at your store, how they don’t have the decency to call. I’m sure it’s in the business practice for the company to tell employees to call customer. I had it happen, I go into store and I’m at counter ready to pay and the autozone employee answers phone and starts looking up part for the person on phone. I’m sorry I drove here and getting ready to pay so you can have a pay check but yet you put me aside to check on part for the customer on the phone. What happen to the customer service where they would take your number, call you back showing you they care!!!

I delt with many Auto parts places in the past, this one proves that the customer comes first, not just in the help of buying the right part but also helped me in finding a mechanic which was a great help specially after hours. Can not thank them enough.

Phone service was a waste of time. Looking for replacement part and young man helping had no clue what he was looking for, even after I explained several times. AutoZone needs experienced employees, not local stoners to answer their phones.. Sorry, but 1st impressions count.

Very good customer service and when a part is ordered it's the right part . They will show you where a item is located instead of pointing towards it and they always remind a customer about your rewards card store is always clean honestly think the employees enjoy their job Thank You for your service .
