Neat and clean. Often gives discount on photo and some other products. For two reasons it does not deserve 5 star: 1. The printed photo quality is not up to the standard one (poor quality). Not sure if this is due to low quality printer or low resolution print command or else. 2. Some medical items price is higher compared to online or other stores. If the first one is resolved, I would go for a 5 star then.

They have pharmacy staffing issues and have decided to change the hours. It's just not convenient. I receive dozens of calls about my meds. Ready or not ready. When they are finally ready for pickup. I get there and they are not ready due to billing issues. I'm still waiting for a refill on one of my meds it's been a week. No calls. Annoying.

Worst pharmacy ever! Husband went to get our sons prescription inhaler and spacer. They have had the scrip since 10am it is now 630 and after waiting 45 minutes in line they tell him it’s another 15 minutes for the spacer. The thing that comes in a box and all you have to do is grab it and stick a sticker on it… How does it take over 8 hours to fill a scrip when it’s literally already made?! No counting so sorting. Moving our scrips I would give it 0 if I could. Better luck ANYWHERE ELSE

Came in yesterday to get my prescription for pick up, I didn’t have an hour to wait in line. decided to try again today , Same issue inside and now I’ve been in the car line today for 39 min , Need to pick up your pills allow a couple hours.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy that I have ever visited. My family and I previously belonged to El Portal Pharmacy before it was sold to Walgreens and since switching the Walgreens on G Street is a total headache. Super long lines any time of the day, understaffed, inexperienced, not overtly polite. Today, the technician said the "pharmacist had a problem with the quantity of the prescription" and I was told I had to wait 15 minutes while they looked into it. This was the straw that broke the camels back. I swear that every single time I go to this pharmacy there is some sort of problem. And the crazy thing is we have insurance! I am done with this pharmacy and I will never tell anyone anything good about it. In fact I would tell anyone who is interested in looking for a good pharmacy with quick and quality service to absolutely avoid the Walgreens on G street.

I do NOT understand why every single time I come to pick up my husbands meds it takes over 30 mins? I get once in a while but this is every time! Meanwhile Rite-aid across the street, drive through flows beautiful! But they take the time to have a staff member go outside 15 mins early to put a cone at end of the last car they decide can get their meds! This is insane!

My prescription was transferred from Savemart pharmacy due to it closing. Let me tell you this is the worst thing that has ever happened! They are so unprepared its insane! I cant get any of my prescriptions filled, it doesn't matter that is insulin or not. The wait times are terrible..drive thru is so slow and the line inside is so long. My recommendation is move your prescriptions today and pretend you never heard the name Walgreens!

This drive through to get your prescriptions take FOREVER by the time you to the window to get your prescription you will need to drive back around and get back in line to refill your prescription thats how long it takes , i have never seen such incredibly slow service, like i get they can be understaffed , but oh my lanta each car took well over 20 minutes to be completely finished

Pharmacy clerk at front claims no Rx available for pickup. I correct her to scan my Walgreens Express Pay. She returns with both prescriptions and doesn’t apologize nor even a thank you. Can’t Walgreens hire better people? Layoffs before Christmas 2022 will eliminate bad customer service.

This place sucks. Not only does the drive thru line move incredibly SLOW but you can only do covid tests in the left lane. They argued with me that they have a sign outside stating so. I don't see any such sign. The pharmacy techs have bad attitudes and I absolutely hate this place. Go elsewhere
