Kudos to Alexa!!! WOW. I was blown away at how incredibly helpful was today.It is rare that anyone shocks me in providing laudable assistance in a retail location, but the employee here were incredible patient, knowledgeable, and over-the-top excellent in making many adjustments to my new rate plan. Alexa was awesome! Very helpful, personable, attentive and knowledgeable of not only the process but devices as well. She even took time out of her personal time, (I made her late for church) to make sure I was fully taken care of. It's very hard to find people like her these days.

The manager Lindsay helped me out today. Her and her employee helped me out George? He said he was new but I couldn’t tell and told me Lindsay trained him. Makes sense!! They’re awesome Thank u Lindsay and gorge a fantastic job nice people

The AT&T store in Mountain View CA is the greatest experience with a very supportive staff especially their manager Lindsay 👏 👏 she helped me get the S22 I wanted, she transferred my number and all of my data from my old phone. I will Definitely come back for my next phone!

Manager is awesome. Was surprised she speaks three languages!!! She helped three different families at the same time and multitasked perfectly. I was amazed when each family she was speaking to in a different language that is quite impressive……

Cheating. I signed a one-year contract of internet service here. They promised me a 400 bucks reward, which later I only got 200. They took the contract back after letting me take a look and there’s no e version of it. I went to the store later, the manager denied they had any 400 bucks promotion. No one helped me on that. It concluded with my loss of 200 bucks. Totally trash and cheating one!

I had Angie as my sales rep. It was very smooth and efficient experience. She is very familiar with the process and so kind to look for all promotions to apply to my account. While I purchased with the screen protector, she also helped to put it on my screen! this location does not get too much traffic either so is much more efficient than some of the others! Highly recommended!

When I came in they provided the greatest service. Everyone was very helpful to get my account looked at and also to provide me the services which I needed. Not to mention the team is very dedicated and are very kind to get what needs to be done.
