Bad experience. My husband and I went to go look for a wedding set for myself again I am the type to look at the ring and see if it fits and if I like it the sales lady that was showing us the ring seem like she didn’t want nothing to do with us and was holding on to the ring like if we were going to steal it she was of course profiling. Glad I didn’t give my money to this place and went somewhere else that was more helpful and more welcoming

Useless with all the staff! Asked if they can change a battery. Yes, to my brand of watch. The young gal didn’t know how to use the tools to pop the backing. Her excuse was, she had very long nails. Took her about 30 minutes to finally get it opened. Well, guess what? The battery died. Went back to the store and another young girl said that I had to come back on a weekend so that the other previous gal can do it for me and she does not know how to do it. Really? I’ve lost $16.95. for a dead battery. I went to another place and paid $10. My watch is still ticking!
