I was going to drop off my pre-labeled FedEx package here but was told to leave it by the door…. Uh ok, I don’t think I am going to leave my package near the door without at least a proof of acceptance that it’s in their system. This isn’t a FedEx place and I wouldn’t come here again.

Receiving text message of a package at 9:05 am stating package is on it's way, a minute later (9:06 am) receive a text item is delayed. Thereafter try to talk to a human to get more information, no help. Thereafter on computer stating package is on it's way. Thereafter try to get a human and can't. Another reason I don't personally use FedEx. This a cheap corporate problem, humans needed and hire Americans.

Is this the facility where packages get stuck at for days? My tracking says my package is at the Newark facility, and it’s been here for 4 days now!!! 😡 And this isn’t a one time thing. I’ve ordered 6 packages in the last month, sadly shipped via fed-ex and all have landed here and gotten stuck for days!!! I don’t have this problem with UPS or USPS, even during the pandemic! So it leads me to believe there must be some inefficiencies. Can you guys please get it together! UGH…FED-EX IS THE WORST. I would avoid if I could. My packages have been consistently late with them.

Guy behind the counter was rude, would not get up from his chair or stop swiping on his phone, points to the ground behind the counter (where he was) and told me too drop off my FedEx package there. I thought I heard wrong and asked and he says, “Yes, come around the counter and put it in the ground” and went right back to his phone. I am not confident that my package will get processed or shipped as there were random boxes all over the ground behind the counter. Who knows how long they’ve been there. Guy clearly rather not be doing his job.

Refuse to take my Fedex package because “we don’t want to keep the package overnight. come back tomorrow”, in a very rude tone. Avoid at all cost.
