First we tried to order a family meal original and was told they only had dark meat.. so we had to get extra crispy. the girl at drive up window was very rude and acted like we we crazy to ask for honey and butter. We checked our bag before leaving and they did not put our fries or the honey and butter.. I had to go in and asked for the thinks left out. The lady at counter was nice and apologized. But the girl at the drive up looked at me like I was crazy. Such an aweful experience ... Next time it's Stater brothers

Bad place to order food for the family very dirty and lack of workers they are slow especial the two lazy girls that work Night Shift seen them using those popular cape bars or what ever they are called in the work area already filed a complaint with the health department also the manager needs to hire new workers who want to work not the lazy ones that are there. How is this place even open still with all these bad reviews from so many people

Ordered 3, 4 piece meals. When I got home there were only 2 peices of chicken in each meal. Mashed potatoes had maybe a teaspoon of gravy. For 50 bucks. Not much of a deal. Won't be going back.

Visited Norco Kentucky fried chicken; and they did not have any original chicken when they first opened . What the heck. They offered the crispy chicken and I told them if I wanted crispy chicken I would go to Popeyes. Who ever is the owner of this store you need to check on the opening staff. You should not open without the world famous original chicken.

place is slow, forgets to put stuff in the bag, and quite often tells you whatever you order will take 20 mins to make due unthawing or whatever they do. That's even if it's in stock. Not to mention very expensive! and I have money!

If I could give no stars I would.. this location is horrible.. I do Uber eats .. and everytime I go there always out of at least 2 types of drinks and some kind of food . Always an easy 15 min wait.. I went one day and they said they ran out of chicken..lol.. how does that even happen for a franchise..

My wife went to go pick up dinner. Guy at the drive through could not get the order right after several trys, even at the window face to face. Finally got our food, brought it home and found it still wrong and one of our bowls was only half full.

This location is lazy and the food(8crispy chicken strips) were garbage. The employee was too lazy to change out the fruit punch, the chicken was so hard and he didn’t even give me my receipt. I’ll never go back there again. What a waste of $40. Then when you call nobody answers go figure

We always eat app the one in Riverside by the Galleria and we don't care for that one the food is not cooked right and it has no flavor so we quit eating there but we tried the one in corona off Hidden Valley and we enjoyed the meal it was very good and very delicious server was very nice.

Just left here.... can't believe they are charging 18.99 for 12 chicken strips without sides. The drive thru girl was rude. And I couldn't even tell the difference between the crispy and original. I guess the color..... not coming here anymore
