Frank gave me a great quote and worked on my Vehicle the same day. He kept me updated and asked me how I wanted everything placed. I needed my 10.1" Single Din Pioneer, Front JBL Speakers, JBL 5Ch Amp, and Rear Subwoofer installed and his team did an excellent job. No funky wires hanging out or anything out of place. Came to get full stereo system done on my 1985 Supra, found out they also do security systems. Ended up buying the recommended sound head unit, speakers, and subwoofer with low frequency protection capacitors. Installed them myself and they sound great. The installation of the security system was quick. No issues with the it or the sound system for the past two months. I can feel safer parking my car around town now. The owner Frank is a great guy, very helpful and experienced, and easy to talk to. Minor damage done to a part of the car was reimbursed.

I was referred to Frank and his team at North County Mobile Electronics by my service advisor at Hoehn Mercedes. Another family member heard about this place from Lexus Carlsbad too. Already had confidence in this place since at least two luxury car dealerships refer clients here. I just stopped by around 2:00pm in the afternoon to get a quote to install my front and rear dash cams on my Mercedes GLA250. Frank accommodated me on the spot due to some cancellations that day. He also quoted me a very reasonable price. Took an hour or so. Very happy with the install and the place seems like a decent, honest operation. The tech on site even specialized in Mercedes installs which is why Hoehn refers clients to them all the time most likely. Thank you--will be back to get a sub installed! -Scott C.

Man oh man started smelling burning plastic for a couple days and didn't think anything of it, until I decided to pop the hood and noticed my fuse was completely melted. Reached out to the shop to find out the prior owner Mike is longer there which turned out to be a great thing! Frank took care of me right away and resolved the issue. Installed the new fuse and ground wire, which resulted in a major upgrade to my system now and the sound quality. Will for sure be returning to get a head unit installed. Frank is a must go to! **Update 10/26** Reached out to Frank due to my Boss Amp was stuck in protection mode. Had me come in right away and ran a quick test to see if it was the fuse or the amp itself. Turned out blew my amp and luckily had Kicker amp in stock for a great price! Online easily was double the price. He was able to install it right there without me having to make an appointment for a later date which was awesome! Asked for a bass knob to be installed which was ideal just to have more control of the bass output. After the installation my system sounded 10x better! Thank you Frank! Killer service!
