Worst customer service ever and bad attitude. I wanted to wire some funds but they only have one banker on stuff and he is busy with whatever he is doing, you cannot make an appointment since they never answer the phone, and if you have a customer in front of you, forget it! you can wait there for a long time. So the teller instead of trying to help me, he told me to start driving around to other branches until I find a branch that can help me. Great service! I used to like this bank but no longer.

I am so happy I do NOT have an account with this bank Unfortunately I have a dealing with them once a month The customer service from the bottom to the supervisory role is a joke They welcome you in and Wish you a happy day not spend your whole time at the teller socializing joking and gossiping with one another. Probably one of the worse customer service I’m faced with on a monthly basis. Their employees is a huge reflection of their service. More training is advisable

I needed assistance with opening up a line of credit and one banker named Minerva was extremely helpful. She was so friendly, and made our whole experience wonderful. She helped me find the best credit option for me and assist me on what I need to do to get approved. Super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

I often use the drive thru at this location. It's quick and easy. When I do need to go in, the wait times are usually short and the staff is very friendly. I have banked with WFB for over 30 years and this location is one of my favorites.

Horrible wait times and service. Bankers and tellers standing around chatting with each other and then when they notice a long line of customers in line they hustle over to see how they can help them.
