Great staff! Excellent selection of mostly cat and dog supplies, but fish, birds (including a few chicken treats, small coups & stuff), rabbit supplies, storage supplies and more! Definitely worth stopping by & grabbibg some goodies you need for your furry, feathered & finned critters!

I'm sorry to say a always regret buying here...very expensive...and I had trouble making a return...they didn't want to...with a bit of a fight they gave me a store credit. I usually spend much more here than my usual Chewys or Petsmart. I so want to patron them but there hours usually dont fit work people...meaning they are closed by the time I am of my day job...and their prices are really high. Plus the expensive treats I bought for my dogs seemed stale.:(

I like this store but they do not have consistent pricing. I order the exact same thing every time and there is variance in price every time. I was there today. A loose can of cat food was priced at 1.20 per can. The same flavor in a case I purchased was 1.25 per can. Previous attempt to purchase the sticker said 1.50 per can. Once or twice is fine, but the last 4 or 5 times I’ve been there this cat food had to be questioned, only to receive silly excuses. I’m done.

I Love this pet store! I buy my Betta Water by the case and they did not hesitate to give me a percentage off the entire amount!!! Friendly, Helpful, personnel. They meet and greet you as you come in and are supportive to your very needs! Thank you to the owners and associates I will always get my case from them! Great Price Too! :)

Great store! I bring my great dane there to wash him. They have awesome raw food for pets! Picasso eats about 200.00 worth of food and this is my favorite store!

Love this place, all the employees are so kind & personable! They treat you like a family. My only "con" is that they no longer do dog nail clips😞😞 My pups are terrified of getting their nails clipped but the girl who was doing it(owners daughter) is so gentle with them which helped their anxiety. Prices are very reasonable, especially considering it saves a trip to Ventura. Happy that we have a great pet store in that area & the family oriented place that it is!
