Very professional and courteous staff. Place was clean and accessible. All the staff made me feel welcome and it felt like my items are under their personal care, I liked that. My wife and I were visiting Ojai on vacation and my wife set up an appointment for a hair blow out the next day. At first the stylist at the salon agreed to an 11am appointment and then the stylist asked my wife to come earlier at 10:30am. We arrived at the salon at 10:30 for her appointment and the one stylist there said my wife's stylist was not at the salon yet. She did try to contact my wife's stylist but got no response. We waited 25 minutes and my wife's stylist never showed up at all. We finally had no choice but to leave because we had to get back and checked out of our hotel Before we left, the stylist there apologized to us and said she had heard my wife's stylist make the appointment the day before with my wife for 10:30am. She also said each stylist is independent as if trying to say the salon takes no responsibility for my wife's stylist not keeping this appointment she made. Be warned ! ~Eugene
