I made appointment when I get to building staff at front desk ask me where I want to go and they said it’s wrong building go to other building I rush to other building with my kid over there same thing front desk lady ask me and she told me go back to same building quest diagnostics is over there because of back and forth l was late when I get there quest diagnostics front desk lady told me we can’t do anything even though it’s important blood test and stuff in building provide you wrong information .

Rebecca (the lab technician) was amazing!!! Actually all staff members were very helpful. I was seen within minutes of my check in. Based on this experience alone I will come back to this location, hands-down. Quick and very friendly service. I was in & out of there within 20 mins! Thank you!!

On Fri. Nov 5th. the visiting nurse drew blood from my husband who had been in the hospital 23 days and almost died. His IV port to insert antibiotics daily was swollen, throbbing and swelling. She had another appt. and asked if I could drop off the blood myself on the 5th. floor of St. Joseph hospital. The traffic was terrible on Main st. where I had to turn onto La Veta. I got to the parking lot and the lot attendant said just back up and park there. I ran to the lobby to get to the lab. It was 432pm. I knocked on the door since this was a critical blood test and only good for the day. No one answered. Then as I was leaving a man opened the door and rudely said we are closed. I said this is a very critical blood test and is a matter of life and death. He said I'm sorry I've already bagged up the blood to go out. and slammed the door in my face. What kind of heartless people do you have working there. I am 77 years old and ran from the parking lot to the 5th. floor. The nurse told me she has had them slam the door in her face several times. What kind of people do you hire there. Obviously those with no heart or compassion for life or death. You need to straiten these people or get rid of them. They are only there for a pay check.

Worse service ever guy at the front desk just because he like a couple ladies one with a later appt and the other being a walk-in put them before me when I had an appointment and was there prior to my appt. I was next in line and he did there paperwork and put me in third place with a 5 minute wait quest was my go to for lab work never again will I go to them for service!!!!!

The machine scheduler is not working properly and people are frustrated. If we want to get appointment, it will put you after a week or so.

I've been here three or four times and never had to wait more than a few minutes. On my last visit my blood was drawn by Van and it was completely painless. I didn't feel a thing. Very professional.

Worst place ever. I went to drop off my sample and since the beginning evwry body who works there was super rude and not just to me but to everyone. Phones would be ringing and they didn't pick up the phone. At one point i noticed they had a urine sample right behind the counter where every patient could see it. One of the techs told the other tech "you can do that urine if you want to" to which she responded "no". The first tech said "well girl, then that's gonna stay there till the end of the day because nobody's doing it". Come on people, that's somebody's urine that needs to be tested which is the job you guys are paid for. They were extremely unprofessional and rude rude rude. I hope i never have to go back there again

They insist on only one guy to take my fathers blood. Instead of giving other people the experience to try it. But the guys isn't here they want us to wait for him. So at that point we would be waiting here until he arrived when there is someone else here that should be able to take his blood. Also very poor attitude
