The owners sent me a link to review them so when they didn’t like the review I posted, I noticed they DID NOT approve it to be posted on Google Reviews. So, that’s why I’m writing another review directly on the Google Reviews. If I had an option for zero stars, I would rate this jewelry store no stars. Owners are a couple (Kristen and Edward) who scam people and are very dishonest. The husband is very rude. My advice would be to stay away from this place.

If you are looking for the most honest place to sell any of your old jewelry, gold, silver, look no further than this amazing business in the heart of Downtown Palm Springs. The owners, Edward and Kristen, made us feel instantly welcome and comfortable. They looked at, tested, and provided a monetary value for our jewelry and silver all right in front of us as well as explaining the process and answered any questions we had. They were both extremely sympathetic as my brother and I had just experienced the passing of our father. They realized that they actually knew who our dad was, as he lived locally and worked downtown as well. I cannot give enough stars or stress enough that this is THE place to go to. For any local or out of town resident, I promise you will not regret giving this place your business. Edward & Kristen, from the bottom of both of our hearts, thank you again! Kristen and Edward were super helpful when we stopped by this past weekend! My fiancé is in the military and deploying in the next few months. We are getting married before he leaves. Edward was quick to find a wedding band for both of us that fit the price range and look we were going for. They do their absolute best to assist military families like us and that is very much appreciated. Our rings are beautiful and we will cherish them forever! I am not related to or associated with this store or the owners. I live in Florida 2500 miles away. My wife passed away in April and I went to California to help my Daughter because her Husband passed away in March. I wanted a gold chain so I could wear my wife's wedding ring. I talked with Edward and he was very helpful in picking out a nice chain within my budget. That night I had a problem with the chain. I returned to the store the next day and Edward was great. He took care of the problem and actually replaced the chain with a nicer chain for no additional cost to me. I was so impressed with the way my problem was handled, I purchased four older silver dollars (1800's) from Mrs. Eldar. If I am back in California visiting my Daughter I will do business with this store again if I want any more jewelry.
