Novem is a gifted jewelry designer, and I'm so glad I found him in Palm Springs. I've only bought a few things so far but needed them sized for me (small wrists) and he accommodated happily. I am eyeing several pieces online, and remember some great pieces on display as well. I look forward to buying more in the future.

So I had my bracelet which I really loved. Great quality and awesome colors. I had the unfortunate event of the elastic breaking causing all the beads to fall and some get lost. I contacted the seller and to my surprise he said send it back and he will fix it. WOW what great customer service. I will definitely suggest and buy from Novalo again. Thank you so much.

This is the GORGEOUS engagement ring that NOVALO COLLECTION designed for me. I wanted a floral design and I was very specific about every single detail I wanted to have. I did not want to deviate from my original vision. However, Novem gave me a few suggestions and I followed his advise. And I am so glad I did!
