When their driver did damage to my property when delivering to my neighbors it only took three phone calls to have them come out and fix it. It would be even better if the drivers we're trained to not drive on people's private property and address damage when it's done.

Denielle was great! She spent almost a half hour with us helping figure out how much material we needed to landscape our yard. Both times we placed an order, she was very clear about when the driver would deliver and they delivered ahead of schedule each time and even dumped the material exactly where we asked them to. That kind of reliability and communication between the office and drivers is pretty rare in our experience. The whole experience made us very happy customers!!

Not happy, I ordered 10 yards of class 2 base, driver arrived with 10 yards in the transfer trailer. After the driver left I reviewed the ticket, he billed me for 2 hours trucking, I called and expressed my concerns, I had received 50% of the materials and was billed for 100% of the trucking. I have no clue where the 1st load went, I imagine this is standard practice, last time I will be screwed by Kritz Trucking and Landscape Products

Beware, they will rip you off if they have the opportunity. I purchased two full loads on Friday and realized I needed more product so I called to add another load assuming it would be the same price per load. No one ever told me any different. Turns out they charge extra for saturday delivery (I would have had it delivered Monday had they disclosed this) and that one load almost cost me as much as the two loads already delivered. Since there was no communication on their side you'd think they would consider working with me as I'm a repeat customer and planned to use them in the future but instead all I got from the manager was a bad attitude. I lost out on a few hundred dollars here. There are several other delivery services for rock and stone. Use anyone but Kritz! Bad business, bad service.
