Stopped in to pickup a bucket of chicken 🍗🐔 tonight. They said it would be a few minutes for a new batch to come out of the frier. It was the best chicken that I had ever received from them. They did not use popcorn chiken they used a chiken tender.on top of all that they didn’t put corn in my bowl.

There is a large sign on the door saying they close at 10PM, however both the store and drive-thru window were closed by 9PM. The one star is for the worker's willingness to give us a thumbs down to let us know they were closed after we tried the door and went through the drive-thru.

I must have went there on a bad day 4 people called in sick, how do I know ? Because a staff member shouted it out to the customers who were waiting for their order to be taken. She never gave a wait time just said someone will be with you when they can. Those potential money spending customers left. I actually stayed, eventually my order was taken, after 5 minutes the cook said no more extra crispy left so I settled for OG recipe. I dined in. Tough dry chicken followed by a night and rest of next day diarrhea. Not to mention the customer service gal was walking around the dinning room complaining. Bad customer experience. Spend the extra time to avoid this Kfc The colonel would be very disappointed in 2022. I hate to leave a review like this or worse off become an internet troll, but I like KFC, I know crews have off/bad days every one does at some point. Hopefully next year when I get a hankerin' for some chicken I'll have a whole different experience .peace !!

Food was just like any other KFC, but service at this location was poor. I didn't get a straw, utensils, napkins, or thr BBQ sauce I ordered. I ordered 5 pc. and got 3 pc. They also let me sit at the drive through speaker for 5 mins. before they came on and greeted me. Thankfully, I was just passing through.

8 piece bucket original recipe takes me back to many fond memories at family outings. Don't eat fried foods that much anymore but when I do...yummy! KFC always my first choice.

We drove through KFC Paso Robles today and ordered a 3 piece meal and an extra side of mashed potatoes and gravy. When we got to the window to pick up our order, there were 2 mashed potatoes and no coleslaw. Now the 3 piece combo clearly states it comes with a side of mashed potatoes and coleslaw. When I asked for the coleslaw the girl at the window said they swapped it out for the side of mashed potatoes. I told her we wanted a 3 piece combo with an extra (in other words another side order of mashed potatoes, not swapped for the coleslaw). She wasn’t very nice and stated that is what they do. The she said she would swap the coleslaw, but we would have to give back the “side “ of mashed potatoes. The kicker? Not only did we not get the coleslaw, but we were charged extra for the side of mashed potatoes. No credit for the missing coleslaw. In my mind, since the menu clearly states what comes with the 3 piece combo, that is what we should have gotten. But then they decided to “swap it out for the coleslaw” and then charge me extra for a “side” of mashed potatoes? Clearly false advertising and dealing with a rude person working the window. Not acceptable.

Sadly due to staffing issues we had to wait a very long time in a line to have our order taken because the cashier was busy preparing chicken. It kind of breaks my heart to only give 3 stars, but I'm not holding the store at fault. The chicken was hot and fresh.

I would say finger lickin’ good is an accurate slogan. We got a bucket of chicken to keep in the car and eat between wine tastings. There was no line and the best part is that it doubles as a Taco Bell. Minus one star for forgetting to pack a spork with our order. I had to eat my mashed potatoes with a chicken bone. It wasn’t so bad, actually.
