OMG. Valhalla. The person who helped me was so kind. I walk in off the street and had to get a T Shirt....no problem. Then asked if I wanted a factory floor tour...r u kidding me. Whew...saw the latest amps being wired up. The California 25. The single channel as well as the dual channel 25_40 watt minis. Amazing. And kudos to Richard Duvall for being so gracious. It took two days from the time my amp passed the bench test till the paper work was done so I could pick it up. I also wanted to buy a hat and was told a search had to be done to see if there were anyv I am very happy with the quality of work, My old Subway Rocket sings like a bird
