I won’t be going back here. I had my first appointment today. I saw Mitchell. He was nice. Everyone was “nice.” However, they have no idea what’s going on and how to bill, then they put it back on the patient. I was literally told that I had to pay $180 in case my insurance 6 months from now came back and didn’t pay. Sounds like their problem not a patient’s problem. My insurance has been amazing. I was also told my “the scheduler” that they wouldn’t cover it because it was related to a car accident…. I have Ehler’s Danos Syndrom. It’s a genetic disorder from birth. She hadn’t even spoken to the doctor, or do a pre authorization or try and bill my PPO. Nothing… The name of the last practice had some same issues of having patients pay out of pocket and then they wipukd bill insurance. That’s insurance fraud. Then it’s $160 for follow up appointments… no thanks! I’m tired of places taking advantage of people when they are hurting. I was also told i should leave my job and file for disability. I do hair for a living and it’s my passion. This dude doesn’t know how strong i am. I’m glad they only got $180 out of me and I’ll be going in tomorrow to have a discussion with them. There are plenty of other physical therapy places that will work on sliding scales and bill insurance.

I was in a car accident and my doctor said not to do P.T till I got a M.R.I and she got the results back. POST called me at 10pm and said they received my referral and needed me to come fill out paper work. So I went in and filled out paper work and the P.T told me he couldnt do anything until I recieved my MRI and my regular doctor got my results..I told him that's what I told the girl on the phone !! He said he was sorry and then a week later I got bill for $320 and my balance was 0..They charged my auto insurance and also a 60 dollar fee for home care that I never had ...I filled out paper work that was it !! I called and the lady in billing said well you do not have to pay anything ...I DO NOT CARE THAT IS FRAUD !!! BE CAREFUL!!!

I went back in september because of reaccuring wrist problems I have had since I have been a teenager. I get their and as I am talking to the physical therapist I am specific about how this could be the recurring issue with my teres minor becoming weakened along with my latisimus muscles, or even over working of that area which can cause pain, swelling and discomfort. She threw everything I said out the window...I even said this was a diagnosis from a physcial therapist from Kaiser, who helped me more in 4 weeks then anyone previously has...the physical therapist at P.O.S.T still threw everything I said out the window and INSISTED this is a localized problem. As we start treatment I get told I will probably need surgery etc...blah blah... This made me feel no different then when I was 17, had to make a workmen comp claim when I was a cashier. I went to one "doctor" if you would call him that, he threw my arm in a sling, wrote up a prescription for some pain killer, told me to set up operating date for "carpel tunnel" ...quack... I got a second opinion from the therapist at Kaiser, she actully looked outside the box and found the real issue which was weakenend lats and teres muscles from over streching while cashiering. That is good detective work. I cant say I felt any personal connection, or thought in what I had to say at P.O.S.T. I was just told "no this is how it is." I will try a second opinion and "see how it is." Thanks for the efforts, treat me like I am 32 year old who might have somehing more then carpal tunnel and not a 64 year old who worked at IBM before the world of ergonomics came into the world.

Lizanne is a miracle worker. I came to her after years of having a chronic condition that wasn't well managed & I couldn't have asked for better care. It doesn't hurt that the space is beautiful too!
