Got a big giant chunk of black mold in my drink. It was almost as big as an ice cube! The people here are nice and friendly though. Nothing against the staff, but y'all need to clean your ice machine dudes. ~Nokia

First of all, I have never had such great service before, every time I come hear the workers are rude and not helpful. This worker is by far the best one I have ever meet at this 711 but they weren't properly trained to handle the food. This review would be 1 star if the worker wasn't so nice and helpful. I have been coming here forever, forever. I came in today and the person prepared my food without gloves and without washing there hands. I saw them touch there computer and multiple customers items and then touch my food multiple times. It was so busy there was no way I was going to say anything to the person behind the counter. I had to just throw my food out. The line was insainly long, the worker was alone in the store with no one to help them. I have never been fond of this specific store but go to it 3 to 4 times a week because it's on my way home. I'm glad to see new and tremendously helpful staff but 711 please properly train your employees, especially before you leave them alone on a very busy day. I'm sure the owner wont even comment on the issue and just send me a link for a review. ~No

I won’t be going back here. I had my first appointment today. I saw Mitchell. He was nice. Everyone was “nice.” However, they have no idea what’s going on and how to bill, then they put it back on the patient. I was literally told that I had to pay $180 in case my insurance 6 months from now came back and didn’t pay. Sounds like their problem not a patient’s problem. My insurance has been amazing. I was also told my “the scheduler” that they wouldn’t cover it because it was related to a car accident…. I have Ehler’s Danos Syndrom. It’s a genetic disorder from birth. She hadn’t even spoken to the doctor, or do a pre authorization or try and bill my PPO. Nothing… The name of the last practice had some same issues of having patients pay out of pocket and then they wipukd bill insurance. That’s insurance fraud. Then it’s $160 for follow up appointments… no thanks! I’m tired of places taking advantage of people when they are hurting. I was also told i should leave my job and file for disability. I do hair for a living and it’s my passion. This dude doesn’t know how strong i am. I’m glad they only got $180 out of me and I’ll be going in tomorrow to have a discussion with them. There are plenty of other physical therapy places that will work on sliding scales and bill insurance. ~Kelly

Trader Joe's is great. Too many favorites to list them specifically, but many well put together and slightly unique items. A good place to find interesting scotch, too. I've enjoyed several of their various TJ-labelled limited time offerings. ~Eric

An affordable source of organic foods. Comparison pricing with other store stores in the area revealed the very best prices here for the things I buy. The staff was very helpful, and willing to special order for me any items that I may need in quantity. ~Jean

Waited 20 minutes to order a sandwich, it was lunch time 12:20, only 1 deli person working. She waited on 2 people, in Deli area that took her 20 minutes, all this time I was at sandwich order counter. No one else was called, finally someone showed up. Sandwich was ok, but roll was a little dry. It happened today, August 18th. Don't think I will be going to Lucky for a sandwich again! ~JoAnne

I ordered online delivery and it never arrived. When I went to the store the guy was screaming at me in front of my kids he would not listen to anything I was saying. He kept saying I didn't have the correct information but everything he wanted was right there on my phone. He just refused to look. He refused to fix the problem and instead yelled at me even louder. I will never again order from 711 let alone go to this store again. ~Manda

Excellent customer service! Even though I arrived 45 minutes before closing they still took the time to make sure that I was happy with the color I had choosen. I will absolutely be a repeat customer to this wonderful establishment. They were all very friendly and extremely helpful in helping me accomplish my color mission. I normally do not give five stars to any business because there's always room for improvement. Needless to say these guys nailed it! ~Austin

Very disappointed. I love AutoZone in Santa Rosa but this one in Petaluma is very frustrating. This is the 3rd time I have tried getting something I needed there and every single time, I walk out empty handed because the clerks are too busy talking with other guys about random things like sports or girls. One person attempted to help me and then gave up after he handed me the wrong sized light bulb. It was way too big and he said that's what the computer said. I repeated what I had already told him: the computer always says the wrong size for my car, so he shrugged and walked away. So no light bulb and no license plate frames and the additional hardware that needs to be purchased separately because even though everyone could see me getting frustrated trying to grout which ones I needed for my car, this time their conversation was too interesting to deal with a customer that didn't just buy what the computer said! The bulbs that the computer says to get, are about 6-7 times bigger than what would fit in there! I wasted my whole lunch here so I have to work 10 hours today and I don't get to eat a single thing at it was all for nothing. That's the last time I'm going back to that branch ~Veronica
