Techs and front desk are polite and friendly. When I was checking out I was made aware the manager wasn’t happy about the tech using my preferred specs. Not really the place to go with aftermarket parts. Only if your a granny in a daily commuter. Update: got my alignment fixed down the road at Big O’s Tire. There they actually aligned to my specs and offered a 6 month warranty. Compared to no warranty and having my toe set to out at Les Schwab. Deducting another Star off my previous review cause they don’t seem to care. Management made sure the tech wrote “aligned to customers request, no warranty” still paid full price. I’m fine with the warranty denial but I will just take my money elsewhere. Also make sure other people that care about specific specs know not to go here. Many other shops in town. No issue for me to take money elsewhere.

The service was great and staff friendly. I had very bad internet connection and alwas have in the location. I bought two tires which I thought the new ones were to be done and reflects on the reciept but they were put on the front 2010 mazda. When a mix up at the bank took place they said could apply online for credit. Had to call a family member to pay and heard staff state they wish they had someone to pay theirs which was funny.. yet after I went to the bank sent my family member the money I went back and thanked the staff at Les Schwab for the service and as a chriatian apologized for the confusion. Great place I recommend taking you Vehicle their for tire and more.

Tech left greasy hand prints all over my car door. Entered my vehicle in dirty greasy clothes and did not put plastic on the seats. They did not repair my tire correctly, had to have it repaired at another shop the next day ! The people that worked there were very polite and courteous though!

Les Schwab's Red Bluff employee: Will Atlsel provided incredible, professional and timely service!! Within 5 minutes of hanging up the phone, he was loading his truck and on his way. He replaced two flat tires on a loaded 24' cargo trailer sitting on the shoulder of I-5! Not only did Will resolve the two flat tires on the trailer, he took the time to consider his customers travelling safety by checking and addressing the other two trailer tires and all four tires on the 1 ton truck! We can't thank Will Atlsel and Les Schwab enough for going above and beyond all expectations! Just can't help but trust and love Les Schwab and their awesome employees!!

Laziest tire shop i have ever talked to!! I Just called to set up an appointment to have tires mounted onto my wheels for my 2012 Cadillac CTS V and was flat out told by Chris who i assume is the owner "no we would rather not do that for you at any cost"! Considering they mounted and balanced my oversized 345-25-20 tires last year and had no problem taking my money plus a $100 tip, but now they're just going to tell me no even though i bought smaller 305-25-20 tires to make the install easier! Looks like I'll never do business with Les Schwab and ensure that all of my family and friends Follow My Lead. I don't know about anyone else, but I surely can't afford to turn away work but I guess at the astronomical prices they charge for tires and wheels they certainly can!

I really like Les Schwab. Even though their prices are high and some male employees view women as feeble, I guess, I think they are a good company. They fixed my flat and were honest about whether or not I had to buy 4 new tires. I appreciate that.
