Cesar B. was a big help when I was ready to purchase 2 calipers. He asked if I'd checked the boots bcz my driver side brakes would stick. Replacing them took care of the problem. A big thanks to Cesar. $ I saved will be spent for suspension parts at this store.

Love getting my car parts here. Have Auto Zoned for decades, so when it was suggested to me by a Auto Zoner who had waited on me, to email my receipt, rather than paper, I accepted for the first time. Wrong choice! The part was unneeded, so when I tried to get a refund, showing the purchase in my phone, I was told credit only! All email receipts are credit only! I felt scammed. Whereas yes I would spend the amount easily, its the point. I will always get a paper receipt as I always have in the past, returns are, no problem! Therefore deducted two stars, would've been all five.

This store in particular is the worst Customer service really sucks They gave me an issue on my alternator when it has warranty they also had another car that wasn’t mines I have a Honda they said it was for a mustang car that I dnt have . Had me going to many different auto zones N they weren’t able to assist me. So my last hope is calling corporate so they can resolve this issue

If I could put zero stars I would. Today june 20 2021 at 8pm. I went in two return an item I bought at a different store. A simple transaction. Was treated like I was returning a fake or stolen item. I had the receipt from the other store. I ended up buying a dorman part on Amazon, was the purpose of the return. On top of the part I received didn't work. The guy treated me as if I was stealing or something..horrible service

Pretty good store. Don’t have all the tools or products you may need, but they have enough.but I’m leaving this review because of my last visit . I had 20 dollars worth on my AZ rewards account and when I was trying to use it. They said “that it took off the $20 off from the total” but once the transaction was completed I was charged full price and my $20 in rewards was gone they called resources right then and there to figure out what happened to my rewards and they said that they put the $20 back on my account but my last visit I went to go purchase something else and I didn’t have the $20 on the account all I had was one point. What’s going on ? Can someone at auto zone help me !
