The worse service ever. Attendants talking to each other pretending we are not there. Very slow and Attendants clerks. Always in lane for at least 20 minutes even when not many people inside. They make you feel very uncomfortable in there, like they are doing us a favor or something. SHAME SHAME SHAME!!!

Boy, I wish Cathy was still here. Without her this place is a failure. Long wait.. Long, long, wait. Long, long, long, long--long long wait. The clerks having conversations and such as if our time doesn't matter. I guess they figure they're getting paid the same either way so no hurry. They need better training or guidance or perhaps both.. Joe Biden or Kamala plz get on this.. Thank u.

I have had my box there since 2007..great place. I was bummed when they closed the Sat hours but at least my mail is safe.

Until I lived elsewhere for a short time, I never thought about how much I rely on the excellent customer service provided by the women at my local post office. Put your feelings for the USPS aside and consider how well they help people, against all odds. Their equipment is not the best, the facilities are small, and yet people of all ages and backgrounds go there because they know they will be treated with respect and all of their questions will get answered. They are not in a rush, so if you need ultra fast service go elsewhere. But if you visit you will get excellent service so consistently that you will become their fan. That's why I decided to write this review.

I buy my stamps here. Building is a bit dated, but the staff is polite and the mail is picked up frequently. Parking is sufficient. I feel comforting depositing important letters here.

I went to the post office with my sister in law. This place looks really run down. The parking is behind a fence where people are asking for money. When I went inside with my sister in law and waited on the side, I had my phone in my hand and took a photo of my son with his toy that he just got from my sister in law. The lady behind the counter screamed for me to stop taking photos in the post office, as if I was taking a photo of something private. When I looked up confused she said again, "no photo in the post office!" Is that a real thing? I am curious. There was no sign. I guess that it is also not what you say but how you say it. I have been here before and the experience has been okay, just run down. The counter people often complain about each other in front of customers, or even about certain customers while they are in line. I know that the job is not easy, but golly, would be nice if they wore more smiles. On top of it, they once lost my package. I had paid to have a package intercepted but it got all messy, instead. It tracked to their location but never delivered and when I called several times, no answer. I finally called the USPS 1-800 number and they confirmed that the package should have arrived and finally someone called me back. They told me to wait 4 weeks and call them back as there was nothing they could do and does not matter what I paid for and what was agreed to. Alright. Good, now you get bad reviews for acting so ghetto.
