Trilogy is an amazing gated golf-course community. So much to see & do. Visitors can eat at the Monarch grill. Great atmosphere, food and views.

I have a good friend that just bought a home in Trilogy and it is just beautiful. The community is beautifully setup and very well maintained. A place where you can feel safe and comfortable, especially if you have kids.

Their clubhouse has wonderful amenities, pool, indoor track, gym, massage room, computer room, cafe, lovely and relaxing lounge with a large fireplace, etc. Its really beautiful at Trilogy. They have a golf course, but it could use better maintenance.

I love the atmosphere. I visit my mom and stepdad regularly. The scenery is beautiful. There is no noise from the main road right outside the walls. The only drawback was the limited swimming pool hours for visitors under the age of 18. My daughters visit with me and we constantly miss out on swimming.

Rio Vista is truly a unique city full of history and wonderful people. Trilogy is beautiful on the outside And the inside. You feel welcomed by all and the quite neighborhood is so relaxing. So much to do and many people to get to know. Lovely Living for all.

Very nice 55+ active retirement community. Seems like most of the residents were pleased with their investments. Was traveling with a family member who is a perspective buyer. Houses here are modest in size and relatively new (‘99-‘18). The newer mode homes are much more elegant and have a better design. This location is pretty much in the middle of nowhere but lots of amenities within the community itself.

I must admit it took about 6 months to get used to moving from Los Altos in the Bay Area. However, once I got use to living in the country I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! I have the most fabulous neighbors and I've made so many wonderful friends. Trilogy and Shea homes weren't giving false advertising. I thought about moving to the Vineyards. However, I couldn't have ever bought such a beautiful home with such beautiful features. My ex husband came over last weekend and he couldn't believe what he saw starting from coming into the beautiful entrance. The amazing quality workmanship done to build my home. Working with Julie in the design center was a real pleasure. Every time I'm home I feel as if I'm at a spa or resort with the workmanship from the solar panels on thee top to the beautiful flooring I have. Jim had navel seen flooring like this before and every detail of the home simply amazed him and literally everyone who's ever come over. From friends, family, workers and delivery people!!! The amenities are fantastic and I love how there's a class or group for every interest you could ever have. If it doesn't exist. Then you can create a group. The Vista club is lovely and my Aunt came for a visit and we ate outside by the golf course. Just lovely!!! The local pharmacy and grocery store delivers during the week. My only wish is that we soon have a local doctors office. I still have a primary residence due to medical care. I hope this changes soon. I've discovered a fantastic hair salon, nail salon, pharmacy, grocery store and everyone downtown is so friendly. I even have a best friend who Lives right next to me and I have a large lot with no one behind me. I love my garden and I picked out everything that went into the building of my home and garden. For me being a single woman I have never felt so safe in a wonderful community!!! Thank you Shea homes and Trilogy of Rio Vista...😊

I live here and I love it! So much to do; over 60 club options of varied interests, residents are friendly, landscaping and open space is beautiful, in the Pacific flyway so many wild birds, good networks and support systems for residents needing assistance in repairs, shopping, health care, etc. HOWEVER, the golf course is currently a mess because WARRIOR GOLF has neglected it to the point that the HOA has voted to enter into a purchase agreement of the course, pro shop and restaurant. Expect improvements to be slow but steady as most residents are considering this YES vote a victory and look forward to having the asset as an amenity to Trilogy RV! This is a lovely, quiet, 55+ community, which is not usually especially geared for kids, but there is a brand new tot lot for visiting children and two pools that allow children accompanied by a resident between 11-3, that all residents fund! This is very generous in my opinion. I moved here to get away from noise and the rat race and I don't go to the pool to swim laps between 11-3 because the kids won't get out of the lanes. So, my day is planned at times around the "family times" and I accept that as part of living here. Anyone that says we are not kid friendly here can drive a mile to the community pool downtown. Full of kids all summer long! The only con is if you are working, the commute in any direction is lengthy. We also have a draw bridge that stops traffic on a regular basis so you must slow it down to live here, which seems to be the Rio Vista theme!

Have been living here for three years, love the quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Close to the river, lots to do, can't imagine living anywhere else.
