Poor communication. Even though they have supply chain issues they could do much better overall. Customer no more, after 15 years. Some of the employees are great but the system there costs all their customers money due to an avgerage wait time somewhere around 2 hours. That's being conservative. If I send a driver to pick up, I factor in 4 hours labor cost for the pick up..... Completely unnecessary. They used to be the best. Before I gave up on them I couldn't even get a quote or acknowledgment of receipt of my request without a few phone calls. Bad call with a recession pending. Product quality is great if you can get your hands on it. Service: Patio construction

Un-Organized, orders are always short something, and productivity basically stops in the middle of the day because everyone seems to take lunch at once. Shouldn't take 4 hours to pick up an order.

Very bad customer service, went there and wait 1 hour and a half to pickup material. After i load everything myself we discover material has to be cut.

Constantly sending out dented product we cannot use, uncut pieces we have to cut with jigsaw, and always missing pieces in our package orders, ie, posts, headers, short on screws, paint, end caps etc. terrible business practices, and they don't care to resolve any issues to redeem their name. If we didn't have to use them we wouldn't!
