The repairs were ok (paint on my windows and such) but the Staff treated me as though I was stupid and the description my vehicle was inaccurate and they charged $2,000 more that the other shop that gave me an estimate and the charges were even more when I went to pay them. The Representative took it upon himself to have a "mechanic " look at my vehicle and said that other things wrong with my vehicle were not caused by the accident (oil leak)? I was not given any name of the so called mechanic nor was I given an estimate or where the mechanic worked!! Stay in your lane! Your company does body work and have no mechanics in your shop! I took my car to an actual mechanic and I did not have an oil leak! No stars for these people! The front desk staff was courteous but nothing more for the other Staff! Don't trust them. This is the second shop that I had an issue with within one month. The other shop in Capitol Heights is even worst! Service: Body & Trim

Have used this company for repairs before,, and thought they did a great job... when I got my car back it was even cleaner than before which was awesome.. This time the work seemed to be done pretty well, but the inside of my car was a bit dusty from the work... so this time I may need to get the car detailed.

While the repairs of damage for my car was sufficient, I have to mention the lack of care and attention to detail done by the Old Branch Ave., Clinton MD location. I noticed a thick hazy film over my entire windshield and sunroof which clearly turned out to be overspray. This was highly upsetting when I had to spend my Saturday Morning using a razor blade tool scraping it off. I suggested for training purposes that the service mechanics completely cover All areas of a vehicle that is not being painted so that something like this can be avoided in the future. When I went to pick up my vehicle on a Thursday evening, I was walked through all the repairs done in the areas needed but never payed attention to my windshield and sunroom glass, obviously because they didn’t require anything. The Saturday morning afterwards I noticed that my visibility looking out the windshield was obscured when the sun shined on my windshield and I tried using wiper fluid to clean but it did absolutely nothing. When I pulled over to clean by hand the entire windshield had a rough almost sandpaper feel to it and I immediately knew it was overspray. Which could have totally been avoiding had it been covered during the clear coat phase of repairs. Other than that, Communication and Customer Service was great.

The woman behind the desk were very friendly, and very helpful. My sister had an accident, and they comforted her until she was able to get her wits about her. I have had 2 traffic collisions in 2 years and both time, Caliber Collision on Branch Avenue performed professionally and correctly the first time. Very clean location with a polite and professional staff that truly "cares" about the Customer. I was put at ease from the beginning and their work repairing the Side mirror and Wheel rim for a 2020 Mercedes SUV was excellent. They use genuine parts and the Electrical work is done professionally by ProTech. Very impressed with the Delivery as my SUV was washed and looked like it was detailed inside out as well.
