Tim is the man! Has great prices and some amazing gear. You seriously can’t beat their prices or their customer service. I’ve gotten rentals from this place 10+ times and I always bring all my friends and family here

I can't believe this business has 4.5 stars, must be employees posting. I bought a bicycle off Ebay from this seller and I was ripped off for $100 in the exhausting/frustrating return process after the bike came to me rusty, dirty, not shifting and with a fork that was "unserviceable" according to multiple bike mechanics. The seller allowed me to return the bicycle after the 30 days (because I didn't ride it much and didn't realize how crappy it was until then), but then wouldn't refund the full shipping cost and stated "the box had a hole in it." The box it came in had a bigger hole in it when it arrived and I am not a professional bike seller/packager unlike supposedly them. Save yourself money, time and grief by buying elsewhere. Craigslist would be more reliable.
