I had a free loop car wash voucher and they lady at the register didn’t know how to scan it to get it to work. How do you not honor a free car wash when it’s your fault and not the customers? She wanted me to pay $8?!? She told me there was no manager, nobody I could call to make it right. The voucher on my phone was time sensitive and expired because she couldn’t figure it out.

I walked in and asked the woman at the counter if they have an ATM she pointed at it and said “I don’t think it works” I tried it anyway and it worked fine. While using the ATM (located next to the bathroom) the worker started banging on the bathroom door and yelling at the person inside to get out because a line was forming. Less than a minute later and still during my ATM transaction another worker started banging on the restroom door telling whoever was inside that they will call the police if he doesn’t leave the restroom. About 30 seconds later the gentlemen came out of the restroom rightfully upset claiming he had been in there for no more than 3 minutes and how dare they threaten the police on someone using the bathroom. I shared the same concern. I’m not sure if they ended up calling the police but if so that’s disgusting. I will NOT be shopping at this or any Loop again.

NOT OPEN 24 hours!! I came by at 6:45 AM on Thursday 3/18/21 and it was closed. The employee was inside and just looked at me and then continued doing what they were doing. Such an inconvenience, just stop by the gas station right before it when coming down 19th avenue.

One of the only automatic car washes in city limits. Unfortunately, it has high demand because of this. I’ve only noticed unacceptable behavior from customers towards the employees, but I’ve always had a pleasant experience with the employees.

Im so glad this store is getting better, I normally dont write reviews but it looks so much cleaner than the last time I came 3 months ago. I used to come before to get gas and coffee first thing in the morning, but service wasn’t very good. The cashier that help me this morning was so nice. Im definitely coming back.

I love this place! Open 24hrs (car wash included) . Even on rough days the staff is friendly. The bathrooms are the cleanest I've ever seen at a gas station and are maintained throughout the day. The food choices are awesome and always displayed so nicely. The vacuum has a cool air freshener feature which I use because of Uber lol. All around pretty clean and nice place to go. If you use your loop rewards you get a free wash on your 5th one. No complaints from, the staff does an awesome job holding down a 24hr OPEN gas station, not just a little weird slider window for late night. Ty guys! Ed is cool 💪🏾🦁 -Judah

The worst customer service ever!!! I was in line today for a car wash for my Mercedes CLK 320 which has a small antenna. An employee (later I found out was the store manager) was walking by and I tried to ask him about the antenna. He was trying to ignore me first by walking away but finally came over to answer my question after I called for him a few times. And the trouble started there. He said I should be able to take down my antenna but the antenna did not seem to be able to come off. So I asked if it was safe for me to wash my car with it on. He said " you are at your own risk." So I said "so you could not tell me if I could wash my car or not?" He then " read the signs, don't you know how to read?!" I was besides myself. I am a physician and had never been insulted like this! I asked for his name. He said, " what is your name?!" He refused to tell me his name! He then walked away. I walked into the store to ask for the store manager when that same employee also walked in after me. As I was explaining the situation to another staff, this guy started to tell the staff that "everything she said are lies" and arguing with me. I told him I did not wish to speak to him any longer but he would not stop. He is escalating my frustration and the situation! He said " I worked here". He eventually just walked out of the store and said " have a good day." Three other employees all refused to tell me that guy's name except that he was the store manager. They also all refused to provide me with a phone number or contact number to complain! The oldest employee there offered no assistance whatsoever and just said "you should not be upset and "do this in front of the kid". which made me even more upset. They obviously has no training in customer service whatsoever. After reading all the reviews, it seems to be the consensus that store the manager and the employees in this place are rude, unhelpful and lack customer service.

PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW IN ITS ENTIRETY SO THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN TO YOU! another traumatizing experience at this APPALLING gas station/car wash. per the owner's recent email i decided to try this car wash again. the first issue was that the receipt didn't print when i paid for it after i got gas....not a big deal. i went to the cashier and he printed it out for me. then the ordeal began......another terrorizing experience in the car wash. i entered the code and drove in. the lights were green and i moved up until i thought i needed to stop. the car wash began but then stopped abruptly. i waited about 10 minutes for it to start again....nothing. i then called the cashier from my cell phone to inform him that the car wash had stopped, i was unable to drive out (forward) or backwards as there was a huge line of cars behind me. he then told me to get out of the car and come into the store and he would print me a new receipt with a new code. i explained to him that i had a baby in the car and didn't feel comfortable leaving him in the car and that i could NOT GET THE BABY OUT OF THE CAR BECAUSE THE CAR WASH MECHANISM WAS AGAINST HIS DOOR. He didn't care and told me the only thing he could do was if i came inside he'd print me a new receipt with a new code. because my car was STUCK and i could NOT GET MY BABY OUT OF THE CAR, i was FORCED to go inside, leave MY BABY IN THE CAR, WHICH I LOCKED, and went to him and asked him for the receipt. the cashier, whose name is RAFAEL, told me i had to get in line. there was a line of at least 8 men. i explained to him i am DESPERATE AS MY BABY IS IN THE CAR AND IF HE COULD PLEASE JUST PRINT IT OUT SO I COULD GET MY CAR OUT I WOULD APPRECIATE IT. he told me again that i had to get in line or ask all the men in line if i could go in front of them. at that point, humiliated, traumatized and completely desperate to get my stuck car out and to my child i asked all the men if i could please go ahead. every single one of the men said i could go in front, save for ONE LOSER MAN, who said too bad. RAFAEL, THEN TOOK RUNG HIM UP BEFORE ME, KNOWING MY BABY WAS CRYING AND SCARED IN THE CAR WASH AND I WAS UNABLE TO GET HIM OUT BECAUSE THE CAR WASH MECHANISM WAS AGAINST THE DOOR AND MY CAR WAS STUCK. after 40 minutes i was able to get the code, and drive thru the car wash NOT EVEN HAVING MY CAR FULLY CLEANED OR DRIED. first of all, my BABY WAS TRAUMATIZED. he cried for hours and is scared to ever go to another car wash again. SECOND OF ALL, RAFAEL IS A LIABILITY. how could someone have an employee that completely IGNORES THE FACT I HAVE A BABY STUCK IN MY CAR & HUMILIATED ME BY MAKING ME ASK MEN TO LET ME GO AHEAD. lastly, this is my second experience here that has literally caused me anguish, trauma and complete anxiety. ironically i come to this gas station ONCE A WEEK TO GET GAS. moving forward i intend to report them & file a formal complaint to the better business bureau, will make sure that i tell everyone in know in SF NOT to patronize this place, and i WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN, EVER.

Very annoying getting up to end of car wash line only to discover you have to go inside & pay. This pay machine has been broken a long time!! Hello!! Suggested to employee that sings letting people using car wash would appreciate knowing so they won't get surprised too late. Her response was there are signs but when I checked not one sign was up. They really don't care & we're not in the least bit nice or even came out check. I went around & told people they have to pay inside. Last time I'll come here.

I don't know if it's because they are staffed with a bunch of teenagers who hate their jobs or because it's managed by someone who probably shouldn't be managing the store. They might as well not even bother selling coffee. I went to purchase a refill for my 16 ounce thermos and filled it cold coffee. I I pointed to the selection I had Chosen and said this one is cold which one is fresh? The worker said none of them are fresh not since 12 o'clock it was approximately 4:30 when I was in the store. Not to mention the state the bathrooms are always in
