It was my first time using USB bank. I didn’t have a great experience. I was at the branch for a simple transaction, I waited almost one hour. Three workers helping two customers. It took them forever to be done. I will never come back to this branch again.

Everyone is really nice and helpful at this branch, and there is barely ever a wait. I made an appointment to open a few accounts, and it took less than 30 minutes. Such great service! The branch manager, Samantha, even helped me get some cute checks that I liked for free!
