6 Best bank in San Francisco, California (CA) 2024

The USBank branch in the Castro in San Francisco is fabulous. Sergio and Marcus are absolutely the best! Customer service is flawless. I love my branch. ~Heidi

This bank has always been horrible. Long lines with only one teller most times while four others are standing around. It even ate my card at it's atm on the weekend and took out a 20 which i never received. Had to go back multiple times to get it back and even after making a claim (which i didn't get a confirmation # which i was never told i needed) and waisting of my time, no apologies and still no compensation... treat this branch like the plague. ~Doran

This is the worst of all BofA centers. There were no customers in the whole place this afternoon. One agent was chatting on the phone -- didn't sound business-like. Had to wait a while in an area for someone to notice and come around. Then I was told that they were "booked all through out the day" and that no one could help. Even when I explained that it was an emergency and had legal paperwork requiring some account changes today, the person said to make an appointment on my own online. The person wouldn't even try to find me an appointment. Pretty much told me to leave because they wouldn't help me. No other customer was in the whole center. TERRIBLE customer service. ~Karen

The hours online and on the physical door say they open at 9am. Yet it is 9:30 and the bank is closed. This isn’t the first time it’s happened at this location. ~Kayla
