Enjoyed my shopping experience this afternoon at Target on North Gaffey Street in San Pedro. Merchandise was in-stock, it was easy to get around in the store, and customer service at checkout was pleasant and efficient.

My experience was very similar to others - the worst target I've ever been to. I came in looking for a smart watch with a sim card. The employees were not knowledgeable and extremely rude. They have no idea what products they have in stock / specs or online. The employees I dealt with (I hope target management will see this): Jay, Laura, Joseph (the manager). I can not believe they were capable of passing a job interview - you'd probably get more help at McDonald's- and they don't even sell electronics. According to them, they don't even have access to their online inventory to check anything, so please don't even dare bother them - they're there only for the paycheck. Waste of time to drive there.

This Target is understaffed and when ordering Pickup or Drive up, your order is either not completely filled or it takes three hours minimum to fill. It’s worth it just to go inside and do everything yourself. Waste of time. Torrance is better in my opinion. Unfortunate and I hope this location is able to improve.

Crystal in the fitting room was disrespectful and nasty. When asked for her name she shoved her name tag at us and was extremely upset and rude because she didn’t like that we didn’t like her being confrontational and rude with us while we were with our baby. She was so trashy and acted like we were people trying to get into a physical altercation with her on the street when we were not rude to her at all. She was clearly having a bad day but that is no excuse to treat people the way she treated us. She definitely needs to be reprimanded for being so nasty to people. No one should be allowed to speak to people the way she spoke to us. Completely shocked she was so rude and we hope she learns from this situation. Will not be returning unless she is held responsible for her awful actions

Ordered 6 plates as a gift. Ordered on-line and choose to pick up. When we went to pick up the plates Target only brought out 3 plates and not 6. Very disappointing. The associate made no real effort to remedy the situation. I learned a very valuable lesson. Never trust Target. Next time I need something from another big Department Store I'll go in and shop. No effort was made to secure order.

I love target because it’s convenient. I don’t believe in self checkout. I think there is enough people to work, and it upsets me that yesterday when I was ready to check out there was several cashiers with not 1 employee. This is bs, I am not paying $25 for box so I can do somebody else’s job with no pay. Open more shifts and hire more people. You’ll regret it when machines replace humans.

Covid19 measures are in place at this Target. The Target here provides easy curbside pickup. I have used the Drive Up Service to pick up groceries many times. It usually is fast and the online order gets fulfilled correctly; except for the occasional small mistake. The Target App makes it easy to organize the curbside pick up. There is no need to call special phone numbers. Just drive up and let them know that you are there via the Target App. My shopping bags are usually delivered to my car in less than 5 minutes.

I like to shop here a lot and this place never disappoints me.They have great customer service. I come here to buy video games and film for my camera. Every worker who helped me has been very friendly. I will keep shopping here.

A display of cookies was under a teaser price that was half the actual price rung up. I complained at the store and they would only give me 10% off as a courtesy, so I returned them. I took a picture of the display and they all acknowledged that it was misleading, yet would not honor the posted price. They only gave me initials of the store manager and made the excuse that they are remodeling the store. Yet didn't remove the misleading sign.
