A lot of products here but unable to check out new scents because no tester strips, trash was over flowing, and had a long line. Can tell they were short handed, so hope they get some staff filled soon. Great sales as always and customer service was great (other than the long line), very friendly and helpful staff.

I love the products, however here in MainPlace Mall they have such a terrible customer service. Every time I come you have 3 employees trying to invade your space. 🤮 I told them that I wanted to explore the store by my self and they got mad. I understand they are there to help you but come on! When you said you want to ser the products by yourself they have to respect your space. I spoke to the manager LEYDA and she was such a mean manager. Instead of say an apology for invading customers space she said that if I don’t like it so don’t come. I love Bath and Body products but these employees need to get some customers service training. I am a manager too in a different store and I would give an apology to my customers that feel they are treated bad. I was respectfully telling her to please don’t invade my space and that I wanted to smell different fragrance not the ones they wanted me to try. I hope they do something about it and train their employees. “Not all customers like to try the fragance they want to and some of us want to explore oursefls”. Please respect that and don’t just say don’t come if you don’t like it. Thats Rudel 🙄

Never buy stuff here on a regular day, at least 3 times a year they cut the price of almost all their items by 75%(whether individually or Christmas time it is the whole store pretty much) I suggest you wait to stock up during those sales. For example this Christmas I purchased 3 full size sprays, 3 travel size sprays, body wash, shea body butter lotion, and a foaming hand soap for $41.34 (including shipping) Also pro tip, download the app they have better deals and special in app only coupons!

There are always so many scents to choose from! Love all their seasonal options even though it can be too much at times. The staff has always been pretty attentive. Can get a little messy.

I was helped by two awesome girls and when I was getting checked out and the only thing I was buying was like a car freshener thing , I asked about if they had marshmallow scented candles and she brought one over so I could smell it and I fell in love but I explained how I would buy it some other day and she explained how they had a 2/24$ sale and they weren't sure if it was going to last and I was still hesitant but she explained how if I bought something else like a .50 item she she could give me a coupon of 10 dollars off if I bought something of 30$ and up for my next purchase. So I bought two car fresheners and two candles for only 21$!! She convinced me and was not very forceful about it and I totally enjoyed talking to her and laughing with her. I wish I knew her name ! Haha but customer service is awesome there! I'm so going back for more candles after !
