Sales clerk was super nice & helpful. Ms Williams, I believe her maiden name was. I was in a rush & panic for scarf & gloves as the weather had gotten cold while I was on my way to an outdoor function. She led me directly to some merchandise that perfectly matched my coat! I rarely, if ever, shop Cato's but this young lady made my shopping experience very satisfying!

Good prices, good quality clothing, and friendly staff. I generally go on Sunday afternoons after they have completed their weekly mark downs. I ALWAYS find something I can add to my professional/casual wardrobe. I shop between the Catos in Ripley,TN and in Millington, TN. Both locations are in high standing with me!

There was only one girl working and she was rude. There was no one else in the store and when I asked if I could try something on I didn't think she was going to respond. After a minute she came and opened the dressing room for me but didn't speak. I said thank you when I was done and she responded with "uh huh". She wouldn't even look at mr. I won't be back to this location as long as she is there.

Cato is usually pretty good for mainstream plus size fashion, but the service at this one goes above and beyond. Kayla was an excellent assistant and helped us pick out a lovely outfit.

The ladies that work there's were very helpful and knowledgeable of what the store has to offer. Very clean and has a nice selection. I was very impressed with the plus size dept. Well displayed and nice dressing rooms. I will go back there for sure!
