Three times now I have made an appointment and they did not take me!! Twice they texted me an hour before my appointment to cancel & just now when I got there, they said they were full. Absolutely unacceptable!!! Be cautious of counting on an appointment!

This woman was loud, and irritable and kept on talking during the massage. At the end of the massage she was demanding for more tips. This older lady was stating “the massage is cheap and good massage” and she should get more tips. What an embarrassing situations.

Beware! Not a relaxing experience. Staff person is an Unpleasant woman who is in desperate need of a massage herself. Really harsh and terribly rude woman who is cross, irritable and just generally in a bad mood. Don't go there unless you don't care about whether the person is there just for the money and doesn't genuinely care about you.

I used to be a regular. Today I was told to never come back because the woman at the front desk demanded a double the normal tip. Look, if you want to charge me more for a massage, just increase the upfront price. Tipping is OPTIONAL. How much I tip is my choice. Not something you can demand. Very odd that they would chase my business away over this.

Thumbs way down! TLC stands for "tender, loving, care" which is NOT what I received from the massage at your 122 Kentucky St. The woman who did my massage was grumpy, in a hurry, mechanical...and with no knowledge of pacing her massage to a slower pace. She could have very well been scrubbing pots and pans in the kitchen instead of my forehead, ear lobes or my back. It was awful! It was not a relaxing experience, she made me tense the whole time fearing that she'd hurt me, and she did. I'm still sore.

Best massage ever! A friend and I walked in, stayed fully dressed, layed on very comfortable "beds" and recieved head to toe massage withOUT the greasy oil!! Then went back the next night! Will visit each time in town!
