Picked up some orange degreaser that a friend recommended this afternoon and was helped by Julie. She was awesome and after I left it occurred to me that it's rare to receive service these days that makes me want to leave a positive review. I really love this place they have pretty much everything you need for all your detailing car enthusiasts. The staff here is awesome they are very knowledgeable and energetic about explaining the details of each of there products if your not familiar with there products and how they work, just ask and there is some there who will help you with any questions forsure . These guys are great , I big showroom that's stocked really nicely. Staff is always friendly and helpful. And they have soft water on site.

Found the best water spot remover for my windows here. It actually got all the water spots off my windows that other products from chain auto stores couldn't get off. The people are great and their advice was top notch.

Based on the reviews from everyone else, I am sure these products are spectacular. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about the customer service. Just went inside to take a look at what they had. Two people behind the counter, one male speaking to another customer and a female employee not helping anyone. Nether greeted me with any form of a "welcome to 3D" which is cool, but even so much as a "can we help you find something? Are you looking for something specific? Nothing. So as I walk around trying to locate a specific item, the guy behind the counter continues to talk to the other guy, the lady just stood behind the counter... not a word. So I decided to leave. You think they would have said "Thank you for coming in" maybe "have a nice day" nope...not a word. I was really hoping for a little assistance and customer service. FAIL.

Great customer service. The manager is very helpful. When you want quality i go to their HD line products. Well worth the price. The Cut and Polish have little "dust off" so easy to keep clean A 2nd review I got all I needed to make this car look this good at this 3D Auto Detail supplies store
