I love this place. It’s nice to get a drink in between classes at EMU. Everything is reasonably priced. The food is good. The drinks are amazing. The staff is very kind and efficient.

Good food, nice selection of beer. Pool table and other games up front. Our server was really nice and helpful. It's a cool atmosphere and the kitchen is open late which I definitely appreciate. I'll definitely go back!

Very cool ambience, extremely friendly staff. Food was okay, nothing amazing, but it's a bar so pretty much what you'd expect. The exception to that were these Japanese style tater tots, which are actually pretty damn yummy.

I can't believe I haven't been here before. This "college bar" has a wonderful selection of drinks, but the food is where The Wurst Bar shines. Fun and innovative tater tot dishes, crazy hamburgers and of course the sausages, were all incredible, but the French fries....oh mama, the French fries are some of the best I've ever had. Go there. Now!

One of my favorite places in Ypsi. It's quirky name might make you think it only serves meat and/or just average bar food, but it has very good vegetarian selections and even plenty of options that are good for kids (though I would go before 8pm if you're doing that). My favorite is the Mr. Peanut Burger.

Seats need replacing and give it a dive bar look. However, the food is good. The side salad is a great price and you get a lot of it. Super fresh ingredients. Loved that I got a side of blue cheese crumbles with my blue cheese dressing.

The food here is absolutely 5 stars, but when you factor in the uncomfortable, torn up seats and the really long wait time for the kitchen to prepare your order it loses a couple. That being said the menu is eclectic and exciting, it is definitely worth the wait when ordering because it's that good. I ordered the brat burger on a pretzel bun, (had a different name though) nacho tots for app, which were amazing and my buddy got the stuffed mushrooms for his app and a spicy brat for main course. Those mushrooms were hands down the best stuffed mushrooms I've ever had and my burger set a new high bar for how a burger should be. His brat looked amazing and he throughly enjoyed it. Amazing food. Our waitress was ok, she tried her best I suppose. Bathroom was kinda run down, but it is a bar after all. Will definitely be back next time I'm in yipsy

My 3rd time… and have LOVED it every time. I can’t decide what is better, the amazing staff or delicious food. We sat outside and ordered the Nacho Tots and the BLTBraut thing (can’t remember the actual name). PLUS the drinks were so good!! Can’t want for my 4 time!!

I have a pretty unusual allergy, but The Wurst Bar were incredibly friendly and accommodating and helped me pick food that I could eat from their menu. They're quick to respond on Facebook and are able to determine the ingredients, including individual spices (where my allergy lies), in all the meals I asked about. The gravy on the poutine tots has slightly more rosemary than I'd like, but it was still very good.
