In my windshield I have a sticker that says preferred customer service, I had an appointment for oil change and it took 3 hours to get it done. Few months ago I made a reservation with car rental due to issues on my new truck and they didn't have no rental available. I'm very disappointment because sales men people are great in customer service.

I was a little disappointed with my experience. I was not greeted by the service writer in any manor, no "hello", no welcome, nothing acknowledging I was a "Lifetime Oil Change customer".....not if a friendly attitude. At the time of pick up, my husband saw the car outside waiting and after awhile he went over and asked if it was done and she replied "yes". (Sad that they weren't on top of it) We asked for the old cab filter to be left in the car and it wasn't - I had to go ask for it and the writer took her time, having a conversation with another customer in a somewhat provocative way. I'm being honest.....this was not a good visit.

Customer service was great ! Rudy and Hany helped my husband get into the Cadillac he’s always wanted ! The process went smoothly and was fairly fast with the new E-signatures process. Thank you to the whole team for all their help!

Oh man, Mustafa is a Good sales person in the valley. I feel happy and comfortable working with him. I bought a black 3500 hd, last year and today I buy another 3500Hd truck from Mustafa. He is very professional and with good family value Señor.

We called and set up appointment with Thomas Siniarian drove from Bakersfield to Valencia GMC Thomas met us, he was outstanding and treated us like family, we did the test drive and once we crunched the numbers we made the deal, he took his time going over the details with my wife on the car,we can’t forget about Haney the financial rep.he also made the paper work easy and these guys are the friendliest group of people we’ve had the pleasure of dealing with a big thanks. i came here for an oil change on my 2019 Buick. It was my first time here and to be honest $99.95 for just a oil change was not what i expected. That is a really high price. I’ve could’ve gone anywhere else .. i mean any non Buick GMC dealership and most probably get the oil change done for $50-$60 most likely even get a free car wash with the oil change.. to keep the story short.. i wasn’t happy with the amount i was changed.. however while i was waiting for my service to be done i was approached by few salesmen and they were absolutely kind and polite and made me feel welcomed. In my opinion Parkway Buick dealership should keep their prices at a reasonable rate and that way keep their customers from going elsewhere. Those 4 stars i gave in my review is just because of the pleasant attitude of those salesmen i was approached during my service visit.
