I had one flat tire one tire with a slow leak and they fix them both at no charge! The people were the friendliest and the waiting room was spotless offered popcorn and coffees and when I need new tires that's where I'm going!

Always polite and patient. Called me with different options for my vehicles. Easy to understand and always looking to solve the problem. This morning I was on my way out to work and had another flat. Swapped out tires and limped my way to this location. Jessica checked me in and was very professional and polite. I got there at the opening and noticed that everyone was working on vehicles and being productive. I always take my vehicle to this location for any tire service needs. Great job team.

Great customer service! I called on a Wednesday afternoon about tires for my van. I was scheduled for the following morning with a great deal on 4 new tires. Jorge was fantastic as I arrived and had my new tires installed and out the door in about an hour. Appreciated! Great warranty and service.

We didn’t actually get service here. We had a tire issue while on a road trip. We were at Les Schwab 10 minutes before they opened. When they opened at 8am we were told they could see us at 4pm. That they would need to start by repacking the bearings, which wasn’t the case. Fortunately Big O Tire across the street was able to get us in immediately and started working right away to get us back on the road.

I wish I could give more than five stars. I was driving through Santa Rosa for a road trip and got a flat tire. I thought I would need a new rim and tire, but Taylor and the mechanics put my old rim back in place and did it at no cost!! Everyone was incredibly kind and professional. Seriously, this is the place to go, I had such a wonderful experience!

So I paid $3,500.00 for tires and rims. The rims are peeling and my 50k tires lasted 20k and they didn’t honor the warranty.. I got poor quality tires and rims… I wouldn’t recommend going here.

Make sure to get warranty in writing!!!! Bought tires from this place less than 20k miles and the tires already Warren. when I bought the tires they said they have warranty, when I came with a Warren tires suddenly they do not have warranty for this tires. Be careful!!!

They were great getting my tire taken care of, there was a screw in it and it was going flat in half a day. Was there 20 minutes and it was done!

I rolled in with a flat to be fixed at 4:00 on a Friday on a record-breaking hot day of 100 degrees, but Daniel couldn't have been more cheerful and friendly. They were slammed so Daniel let me know how long it would be before they could get to it. No problem. Work was completed when he said it would be. The receptionist was very friendly too. The waiting room was spotless, comfortable, and most importantly, it was air conditioned. This happened while I was on a road trip a few hundred miles away from home. I always buy tires at Les Schwab, but this tire was from a truck I had just purchased. They still didn't charge me anything for the service! Kudos to LS and kudos to Daniel.
