Great customer service! I called on a Wednesday afternoon about tires for my van. I was scheduled for the following morning with a great deal on 4 new tires. Jorge was fantastic as I arrived and had my new tires installed and out the door in about an hour. Appreciated! Great warranty and service. ~Tom

I give 1 star cause the employees were terrible. I had a part that was bad and STILL under warranty. So I came in and the guy at the counter said I can buy a NEW part and bring back the OLD part and I'll get a refund for the NEW one...so I did. I bought the same exact part. Went home and replaced it and came back for my refund. THEY ACTED LIKE THEY NEVER SAID THAT AND WOULD NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY OF THE PRODUCT. The first died in under 2 weeks too. Go somewhere else trust me. A part store that doesn't honor warranty is a bad thing. Skating by with the orielies name. Tsk tsk ~Tylor
