We’ve always had really good food here. Rolls are fresh, rice is perfect temp, texture, and flavor, lots of variety and deals, and great portions. Love that they always prep our to-go orders with good amounts of wasabi and ginger. Even if there’s an off night, it’s still better than so many of the sushi places in San Diego. Wish they had online ordering for takeout bc wait times can be long, but it’s a small and popular place, so I’m sure they have to keep the number of orders manageable somehow. Def recommend.

Food is good! Long wait, sometimes the wait to get seated is 1hr... waiting for your order is another 30min but sushi is good would recommend b/c sometimes it's not that busy.

Food was very good and flavorful. Service top notch. Baseball game on the TV. It was dark inside. Could not watch food being made. House salad was good soup was warm and perfectly flavored.

Don’t let the casual atmosphere for you as the cuts of sushi and nigiri are top notch! Tons of value for your money and if you walk away unhappy then you have done something very wrong!

It's a great place for sushi. The staff is helpful and friendly. The food came out timely and was very yummy! I love the family owned feel it has. I'd highly recommend it!
