If you're tired of walking around those big orange and blue stores, trying to find that one, odd little item - or an employee that knows where it is - come here. The ad says it, Ace is the place. A neighborhood hardware store. An astounding amount of stuff in the space but easily navigated, they also have people who can help you. I know, it surprised me too. Don't forget the cashier, a real person, not some automated self checkout with an overseer. I love that personal touch. And if you need just 3 #6 sheet metal screws you don't have to buy a box of 50 like those other places. They are a little pricier than the hardware store versions of Walmart but I have never regretted a purchase here. (And it reminds me of trips to the hardware store with my dad & grandpa.)

They may not have as big a selection as Home Depot, but for simple things it's way faster than driving out to HD. They are very nice here and helped me figure out how to McGyver something together that worked.

Was greeted by Pablo at the entrance of the store. He asked if He could help find something. I was looking for sliding-glass door lubricant. He recommended the best selling product. Then I said I needed a bag of potting soil. Not only did he go get a cart and bag of soil, he checked me out as well. Thank you Pablo for your great Customer Service!!!!

I was ignored by employee when I asked for help to get a locked item off the shelf. Then when I asked the second time and a lady pointed out I needed help he literally said I can wait and walked away. Older guy. Go elsewhere they are bad people, take it from a local!

Very sad news. This Ace Hardware has been my "go to" store since moving here 4 years ago. However, my most recent experience of having them make me a key fob for my 2014 Buick was a disaster from beginning to end. Two weeks ago they hooked up two different computer systems to down load the computer program. During their second attempt it blew up my fuse box and the car had to be towed to the Buick dealer. Repair cost was $470. I then went back to the store to be disappointed / angered to find out that their only compensation for inefficiency/ lack of knowledge was to give me one free key fob. Mike the asst. mgr told me that this was all they would do after he talked to the mgr. Over two weeks I have spend 5 hrs at the store while they attempted to make a key fob that worked. Paid for a tow to a dealership and a repair of $470 for the damaged caused by this Ace Hardware to my car. No more Ace Hardware experiences for me.
