This store accepted the order waited for the money to come out of the account, then cancelled the order after it was too late to place the order , this store and company is a scam I am so disappointed I recommend you just make it yourself and save yourself the waste of time

I ordered an arrangement for my daughter for her birthday to be delivered to her apartment in California. I gave detailed instructions as to the delivery with her cell number and if she did not answer to leave with the management office. The delivery person did not call my daughter or ring the bell. They called me on the East Coast and left a voice message. I called them back and I was informed that the delivery was unsuccessful and if I wanted them to go back out it would be an additional fee of $14. I confirmed with my daughter that her door was not buzzed, and no one called her phone. I called the corporate office for customer service assistance, and they were no help either. I was also prevented from cancelling the order as well. My daughter ended up having to go to the store to pick up her arrangement. This company has terrible delivery service as well as customer service. I am only giving 1 star because 1 star is the least allowed on this platform. They earned a zero-star rating.

Very poor service!!!!I have always given my son a Valentine’s Day gift. Decided to order him edible arrangements this year. I received an email from E. A. stating “a delivery was attempted unsuccessful”. My son was home all day and no delivery was attempted. When I called, I received a service that could not tell me why my delivery was not made nor could they tell me when it would be delivered. No explanation, no apology and no delivery at all. Very unacceptable!! First ruin Valentines Day in 20 years! I have been a faithful customer for years and it’s a shame that one store will TARNISH the BRAND! Please don’t use this store - I wish I was warned! Requesting a full refund ASAP!

Horrible customer service, They cancel my order because of a complicated time frame according to them, My instructions for delivery were clear and flexible I wrote please deliver before noon or after 1:30 but before 4:00pm they even called me back and said driver will deliver after 1:30 and I said that will work, 30min later they call canceling the order because of time frame issues, I asked what will work for them and they said we can deliver from 10AM to 5pm so I said that works I really don't think I'm the only order with time restrictions I've order from other edible arrangements places before with very specific time instructions and never had an issue I honestly think they cancel my order because the card had a religious image Because after trying to make it work with the staff, the manager just refused to process my order Please do not go to this location! They really don't care about customers

Absolutely horrible customer service. Found a note on a door of the house that we don’t use from a week prior saying “kindly phone us”. I call and they say the order was delivered when it obviously wasn’t. I was told there was nothing they could do and they would refund who sent arrangement. I asked if they could tell me who sent it so I could at least thank them for the thought? They said they could not give out that information. I asked if there was a note with the arrangement and they said yes. I asked could I know what the note said and they would not tell me saying it’s confidential. So someone sent me an arrangement on Christmas Eve and I have no idea who. This company says they’ll refund sender but who knows for sure if they do since the sender will never know that I didn’t get it u less they ask me. So I look bad by not even being able to give thanks to the person who sent arrangement. This is an absolute horrible business!

Terrible Service and to be quite honest is damaging to the Edible Arrangement brand. I will never use the company again because of this experience. The staff is not helpful and the manager has no desire to fix mistakes made by his incompetent staff. He is rude and sarcastic, which speaks volumes within a customer service driven industry. DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!! You’ve been warned. I wish I could give them no stars. 💕

Very bad costumer service and rude employees especially audry they canceled my order and didnt even send me a cancelation notice had to drive 20 min for nothing but yet charged my card and have to wait up to 7 days to get my refund and stayed without a valentines gift
