Went here today to have my dying phone replaced - was helped by NATE who was incredibly clear and concise, and whom helped make my experience very easy and simple. While I waited for my data to transfer I ate at Obama BBQ and thought about what my life would be like if I was bird instead of human living in Los Angeles. Birds are surprisingly sophisticated , I find them interesting but I also am not sure if I actually like them. Data transfer was finished by the time I completed my meal and now I have very large and exciting phone. I encourage any studio city residents to use this location. ~Jay

I ordered a new phone through Best Buy and couldn't activate it at home - no worries, I took a walk to the Verizon store. I didn't catch the girl's name, but she was very little help. She was super condescending during my visit, and wasn't able to activate my new phone or offer other solutions to do so, except to call Verizon and have someone else do it. I'm not an account manager or owner, but other stores have gladly called one of them on my account in order to do set-up and activation. She clicked on a bunch of prompts on my phone and switched the old SIM for the new one. I was finally able to get it activated at home with the help of someone else on my account, but after activating the new phone, it had added another line, giving me a new phone number. Definitely not what I wanted to do. Verizon chat was able to clear it up, but I won't be returning to this store in the future if I need help with anything on my account. ~Jessica

GREAT, BEAUTIFUL AND AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Each time that I'm shopping at this branch I'm enjoying doing that... except of the clean store and the great products, the workers there are EVERYTHING!!!! Always willing to help and always with a smile!!! Yesterday, I had a flat tire (in my car) and one of the workers there, FRANKIE just helped and replaced my tire, as much as I try to pay him or buy him some food he refused and thank me for giving him the chance to help!!!! The shop is really cute and a lot of fun but I found the notebook I bought for 100 bucks here for 20 dollars online all day and the sound bowl I bought for 200 I found for 65! I could have a heart attack what kind of mark up is that?? It’s fun to look around but if you see something you like just give it a google search before you purchase I definitely just threw a few hundred to the wind- the shopping experience is cool enough to buy a couple of small things though but they’re totally ripping off the unsuspecting shopper ~Jennifer

I stopped by looking for holiday gift plants and my eyes were gazed at the beautifully curated wall of plants worthy for Instagram. They also have a nice selection of hand made ceramics, crystals, and green thumb couture. I was warmly greeted by Erica and Molly who exuded such positive energy and were so welcoming and helpful in finding the perfect plants and ceramic pot pairing. Molly graciously planted both plants in the ceramic pots without charge and Erica helped me bring the plants to my car. They have a parking lot but there was plenty of street parking as it was a Sunday. Will definitely spread the word of this wonderful small business in Valley Village. ~John

Have used their service twice now and have always been satisfied with their customer service. The last time I used them was tonite when I was in a jam. I was left stranded at kaiser hospital by the La yellow cab company when they didn't pick me up at the scheduled time I requested a day before. After 4 hours of waiting for the cab to arrive, I called safeway as a last resort and was told that they were all out of drivers for the day. However, the dispatcher mentioned that one of their drivers might be interested in picking us up as he lived near the kaiser hospital. He arrived promptly and was professional in his demeanor and appearance and took us home. Even though we agreed on a certain price including overtime pay for him, The driver only took a portion of what was the agreed upon price because he was told to charge me only half of what I was going to pay. I thought that showed integrity on his part. He could have easily took advantage of the situation but didn't. I will not hesitate to use their service the next time my mom needs to go to her doctor's appointment. ~john
