Jackson's Service Center was founded on November 15, 1972, by brothers Travis and Terry Jackson. In November 1972 Jackson's Service Center first opened and was known as Jackson's Enco Service. Years later the name and signage was changed to Jackson's Exxon Service. It wasn't until years after both Jackson's Enco, and Jackson's Exxon Service, that we became what we are known as today, Jackson's Service Center. Going into our 45th year of operation in Susanville we would like to thank you, our customers for all of your support and business through the years. Without you, this would not be possible. Best owner and employees in town. They are the only station in town that has people to fill you up when you stop in. I would never go to a different station in town.

John,,, the A/C guy... seems pretty knowledgeable and helpful down there,, had a couple phone conversations with him, about my Compressor. Plan on going to Jacksons for the recharge of system. 2/24/22 Update: yeah, John did the recharge of the A/C System, everything is working properly,, yes, I recommend John and this place for your A/C work. I hope his boss reads this, and gives him a raise,,, or a least a PAID day off.

They have the cheapest gas in town and my interactions with the station have always felt kind. Here in California I found myself early on really confused by the gas pumps, as there are essentially suction mechanisms where the pump meets your vehicle's gas tank. I had a heck of a time in my first weeks but the kind workers here explained why they were made that way here and how to best utilize the pumps. I can always count on them to have the best gas prices in town and while they are no-nonsense, they also are very nice to the kiddos you may have to bring with you for errands! That alone made me happy to use their services. The gentlemen will ensure all your questions are answered and your vehicle needs met in a timely fashion! Thank you Jackson's Service!

This is a great home town company. They helped me out fixing my tire for no charge. This is a where you should do all your auto motive repairs. Fair honest 👍 and friendly.

Growing up in Lassen county their was one true old fashion service center for gas, tires, and auto repair. Jackson service center is the best at costumer service and prices.

Since the elder owner is not around, cust. Service is horrible. Feels like its a daycare center n customers are the parents reminding them of their job while they stand around waiting for recess.

The only gas station in town my family fills up at! Their service is amazing, and you are always welcomed with a smile. They pump your gas for you, and wash all your windows. Even if you tell them they don’t need to do that for you, they want to! Love this place and will continue to go here always :)

Jackson's has always been good. Even for simple gas and quick fluid check. They may not have gas station store but if you got kids just got to get gas they will fill your gas check your fluids if your tires are low they handle that and I dont have to get out and ccary kids back and forth especially if one falls asleep.

Unbelievably friendly and helpful service! Needed our car towed, and they got us to the mechanic, then drove us around to a diner for breakfast, back the the hotel to grab our bags, then held onto the bags while we waited around town for the car to get fixed. Lastly they drove us back to the mechanics once they were done. So thankful they were there to help us out, and made the best out of a bad scenario.
