Truly one of the worst pharmacies I’ve ever given my business too. Maybe I’m spoiled and my assumption that you will get a prescription filled the day you call it in is unrealistic… but I’ve literally had birth control called in at 8 am in the morning ( to give you context, birth control pills that are prepackaged in a 30 day supply that only require being put into a brown paper bag) take the entire day to be filled. When I checked online to see when it would be ready, the status said pickup at 8 pm. This happens to also be the time they close. I called the pharmacy around 6pm to see if there was anyway I could pick it up prior to 8 and her response was “it’ll be done at 8” needless to say I’ve updated my pharmacy of record to the publix down the street

Always get my prescriptions filled at Kroger. The HollySprings/Woodstock location is great. Such a busy pharmacy but the pharmacist techs alway take time to answer any questions I may have.

I love this pharmacy! They are always so helpful. Even being always busy and dealing with some not nice customers.

Longtime customer/patient at this location- Eric and Michael are the absolute BEST. Phenomenal human beings through and through- professional, intelligent, empathetic and efficient. Cannot recommend or praise their assistance enough. Truly grateful to have people like this serving our community’

Consistently go above and beyond to fill prescriptions in a timely manner and each individual I’ve dealt with has been extremely easy to work with and always willing to help out even when they are busy all the time

Went to pick up a rx at 1015 am,.. The rx wasn't ready. We were told the rx would be ready at 630 pm the night before. I took time from work to go pick up rx only to have to wait additional time. Customers shouldn't be given a time if items won't be ready.

Great pharmacy with a very helpful staff! Get your prescription and do a little shopping. If it's going to take a little while, maybe even catch a drink nextdoor at the mexican place or Sidelines sports bar!

Unacceptable for the pharmacy to close at 5 PM without notification to any of their customers. Not only that but they refused to contact another Kroger pharmacy so that I could pick up my medication there A complete disgrace to customer service. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Plenty of Kroger pharmacies that stay open reasonable hours.

The pharmacist at this location seem to not know how to handle customers. They need to understand that people come there most of the time because they are sick. My husband was in a car accident and needed a prescription filled. I got there 18 minutes until closing and was told I would have to pick it up tomorrow because they were about to close! I was so angry!! It was 1 prescription for 12 pills!!! They could have taken 1 minute for every pill and still have 6 minutes!!! I thought this was incredibly rude!!! Not to mention the older lady handling the drive thru is rude EVERY time I go there. My children are on several medications each and between insurance and copays Kroger makes about $2,500 a month from my family. I will be looking for another pharmacy after this!

There are a couple of the pharmacists and techs that are not very nice to customers. Seems they are always in a snotty mood and take it out on the ones that they should be nice to...the customer
