Needed a vet on a Sunday and this was the closest to our area 45min away ! Thank you for being open and taking care of our girl Josey ! The mornings events were traumatic and while I thought her injury was just a puncture wound I wanted to be sure and get her on ABX asap just incase. Thank you for seeing us so glad you were open on sundays !

The team from Family Pet Hospital were so lovely and supportive to our Poppy! We were visiting family from out of town and she injured herself playing with her fur friends . The team was thoughtful and caring to make sure Poppy got the care she needed .

Very friendly staff. Able to get me dog in for a last minute visit (was leaving to go out of town) within an hour! Doctor came to explain recommendations and rationale. Very pleased. Gracie was well cared for!

Dr. T. is efficient, friendly and takes care of my two dogs with excellent care. The staff is welcoming and professional. All costs and estimates are given before any treatment is done. Kayla B. greeted my dogs and I. She was very communicative, friendly and took time to answer all my questions. Price point is competitive with other vet services and specials and discounts are offered on some services. Overall very pleased with care and I know my dogs are in good hands.

Family Pet Hospital took great care of my doodle when he wasn’t feeling the best. They answered all my questions and explained every test and pricing to me before proceeding with treatment. Will always keep them in mind when I need urgent care for my pup!

This place is AMAZING! Called them all upset because my puppy had a big cut... The Doc said come on in (on a Saturday), stitched and stapled her up and had her home within 3.5 hours! Highly recommend and office staff is top notch!

My mom and I brought our dog here on 3 occasions for recurring ear infections (all within the span of about 3 months). He is 13 years old and had never had an ear infection until about a year ago. They kept sending him home with ear drops and pain medication but the ear infection ALWAYS came back within a couple of weeks. They pressured us to do a thyroid check but were going to charge hundreds of dollars to do it and we really just thought the medicine they were giving wasn’t clearing up the infection. I’m not a vet so I’m not claiming to know more, but I feel like our concerns were immediately dismissed and more costly procedures were insisted upon to collect more money. We found another vet, Affordable Vet Center in Woodstock, and they did a swab test which identified TWO different infections in his ear which required two different courses of treatment that the vets at FPH did not mention. They also gave him a steroid shot, ear cleaning, and thyroid check all along with the medication and exam fee and the total was only 400 dollars. His thyroid is fine, it was just that the infection never went away. Now my dog’s infection has finally cleared up and he is back to his happy self. The staff and vets are very kind at family pet hospital and I know they value their patients, but they are definitely overcharging for services and I wish our concerns were validated at the office.

Dr. Thulluri D.V.M. treated my mother's dog with such kindness. We came in for urgent care and the staff was wonderful. Jenna was also very careful with the dog and so sweet. We went back the next day for follow up treatment and Dr. Thulluri was equally as wonderful as our first visit. Definitely recommend and we will be bringing my personal dog here as well. The entire staff from reception, to the techs and everyone in between has been awesome.

We brought my mothers dog for an emergency visit last evening! Dr. Thulluri and his staff treated us with kindness and took care of my elderly Mothers sweet Doggo. We struggled to find somewhere to go on a Saturday night at 10pm but the Dr and Jenna took amazing care of us and even made a special follow up appointment for Sunday morning at 9:30. Very rare to find such caring people !! I cannot say enough great things about this Veterinary location !

Came back from vacation to find a kitty health emergency. Called on Sunday AM and was offered an immediate appointment. Appeared 15 minutes early and kitty was seen immediately. One hour from walking in the door, two injections received and blood panel (with no issues) was completed. Kind, super professional staff. Reasonable fees. Thank you for the excellent experience!! ❤️❤️❤️
